Rabat Morocco. A wonderful Eye opening Adventure.

In 2007 I had a Blessing from Allah,Subhanna Wa Tala, to be allowed to make two trips to Europe and North Africa.

I pray I will be able to share some impressions and feelings from my Travels.

My first trip was Rabat in 2007.My second trip was Rabat, Merrakech & Rural Morocco.

In November 2007 I landed @  Rabat -Sale Airport.Upon awaking in the morning I was alerted to the coming day by a beautiful Athan for Fajr Prayer.When I threw open my window I was overwhemled by the salt of the Atlantic Ocean, the rolling Fog on the Tide and the sounds of my morning street sweeper cleaning with an old Palm Branch.A real throw back to an earlier age.

I never knew how much a smell could start a emotional response.

I can only say the happiness I found in Islam and in North Africa is nothing short of a miracle.

Both my Journey's began in Paris France.The first travel(November 2007)ended in Rabat.The second trip with my lovely Wife Dawn in July 2008.It Began in Paris, on to Rabat then South to Merrakesh.We finished our journey in rural Morocco then leaving Rabat Sale Airport in early July 2008.

The Food, the climate and the people were above reproach!I never saw such polite people,clean streets and respectful police.My Wife and I were treated like family.
