Racist

A racist is a person who asserts, promotes and defends racist ideology, namely, that the value of a person is identified by their skin color. It is a color hierarchy, that ascribes highest status to people with the lightest complexion, and lowest status to the people with the darkest complexion.  A racist identifies with their skin color as an essential feature of their identity and self-worth, consequently, they are made anxious when people of color, especially Diasporans, have talent, skill, property, relationships, characteristics, achievements, or anything that they perceive as valuable.  The emotions that racist experience, when confronted with people of color, who have obvious value, is the product of, what they experience as, a challenge to their identity.  Those emotions are called racial envy.
