A vendor at last weekend's Texas Republican Party Convention in Houston was selling buttons with the slogan, If Obama is President...will we still call it The White House? The vendor, Jonathon Alcox of Florida who operates merchandise company republicanmarket.com, stated that he had no intention of creating such a controversy and that he was only aiming for humor, not racism.
Earlier today, the Texas GOP said it was going to donate Alcox's $1500 vendor fee to charity and send him a letter stating that he would no longer be able to sell items at any futureTexas GOP events.

The button manages to be both slightly racist and really lame...an impressive feat.
