As humanitarian aid is transborded into Palestinian trucks, an Israeli F15 fighter-bomber passes overhead at very low altitude and fires at a target on the Gaza side. In observance with Egyptian-Israeli security agreements, the Rafah border crossing remains closed except for humanitarian goods, no one is allowed to cross. On the 13th day of the Israeli operation in Gaza, one and a half million people are still deprived of electricity and basic supplies, as well as being unable to flee from the densely populated combat zone.
