PRABHAKARAN IS DEAD_ RABHAKARAN'S BODY FOUND___

Hats off to Dr. Manmohan Singh PM India, and so is to Mahinda Rajapakse of Sri Lanka, both men of iron although the former had heart operation recently; noteworthy among the worlds of news about Sri Lankan Military action against LTTE was, despite of great digs and pits, both stood ironically maintaining the LTTE supremo Prabhakaran as terror mind. Even as big street demonstrations in England and elsewhere, even in Tamilnadu Chennai with twisty DMK leader Karunanidhi and Vaiko etc semi protesting; the only question really remains What? of the thirty years of struggle Prabhakaran left behind. Why did he went so much violent? did some one misguided him in between? Why did he not chose a Peacefull settlement of the struggle. Is everything is in vain. Recent world wide news and photos that Prabhakaran is finished and wiped out with his family (Bhagwan Singh, Colombo DC report, 21/5/09), especially doubts over his end; however cold and bloody but certainly Prabhakaran is not a Ravan as a flash in past shows similar fights and result between the Saint Ram and the Demon Ravan, while Rama belonged to India then.

Most interesting in interview to CNN/IBN and NDTV etc noted Jjournalist Mr. Ram so well maintained that 'no doubts ever that Prabhakaran was a terrorist' while his own Chief Minister had differing opinions. Velupuli Prabhakaran also was of Indian origin, but died the death of a deemon, but may be he was not originally a symbol of violence, had a fate like that of famous epic Ravana, but certainly he was neither Ram or Ravana.

By R. Bhagwan Singh in DC, Hyderabad, India, ..... President Rajapakse has now come out with an assurance that his government would go 'the extra mile' to devolve political powers to the Tamils and get all the war displaced Civilians Rehabilitated in their native places within 6 months (May 21, 2009).

R. Bhagwan reports in DC, India 22/5/09, ..... diehard Prabhakaran supporters still insist he is alive but the government here has begun relaxing the terribly discomforting security drills that have long been in place here and elsewhere in the island to stop his suicide killers.

Commoners are breathing Easier and the military and people have dismantled most of their chck posts, which till the other day stalled traffic every 100 metres or so. 'Dancers perform at a festival to commemmorate the deffeat of ltte rebels at Colombo.

May 27, 2009, HeadlinestodayTv exclusive coverage to Zone 4 of Vauniya Camp at Sri Lanka says "Its long way to normalcy", the hunger, the shelter and the the safety still haunts the after-math survivours of Lanka-LTTE peace war? There are many more camps like this but situation to the Refugees, victims of no war zone the civilians are put to starve and passing days of misery-mystery. Whe or how soon the Rajapakse Government will settle them to their own life living; many many of them are deprived of education and futures. Reports say that there are over 2.53 Lakh Tamils Corralled into about 1400 Acres spread area in Vauniya Camps alone ( Is there any or no relief to the sufferagists of Lanka-LTTE wae).  HLT 6pm 27/05/09.

DC, Hyderabad reports May 28, 2009: Prabhakaran's parents doing well in relief Camp. "Prabhakaran's parents condition seems to be much better than the ordinary Tamils who look emaciated and Starved".....Lakshman Yapa Abeywardene..... Information minister.

One PTI report says on May 31, 2009 that Velupillai Prabhakaran's father Thiruvengadam Velupillai NEVER ENDORSED the militant ways of his SON and was NOT ON TALKING TERMS with him for a long period. "In fact the father disapproved the son's path and was not on speaking terms with Prabhakaran for years" the report said.

I don't want to comment on the Ram-Ravan comparison since it is neither here nor there.

However,  my answers to some of your questions....

1) Why did he went so much violent? did some one misguided him in between?

He started his struggle with violence. He started it by killing an unarmed peaceful man. A Tamil. So the violence that started that way only could go uphill and it is no surprise.

2) What? of the thirty years of struggle Prabhakaran left behind.

What primarily went wrong for him was that he tried to bully the common people into fighting each other and it did not work. He succeeded in provoking Sinhala mobs in 1983, but after that every attempt he made to get it repeated was a failure. His repeated massacres of Sinhala and Muslim villagers in barbaric fashion or the large numbers of civilian deaths by bombs did not succeed in provoking the people after 1983. The more he did his barbaric acts, the more Tamil people distanced themselves from him.

The other reason of course is his treatment of the North and East people like slaves. The N&E common people gradually distancing themselves from him was vital for the Army Intelligence to get information on this campaign of defeating him.

Provoking Sinhala mobs in 1983? Provoke my foot.

If asking for Tamil Eelam is enough to provoke the Sinhala mobs to burn 3000 Tamils alive, then the guns LTTE used for 33 years to fight for Freedom and rights for Tamils is very well justified.

Hiranya,

1. You are wrong is saying he started by killing peaceful man. That peaceful man you are referring to was the one behind the attack on participants of International Tamil Conference in 1974.

2. What went wrong is?

If your assessment is right, then Sri Lankan government should have paid the higher price, as most of the atrocities and massacres on innocent civilians were committed by its Military and Paramilitary. see below:

Lest We Forget: Massacres of Tamils, 1956-2001 (Part 1)

Lest We Forget: Massacres of Tamils, (Part 2) - Post-CFA

I will tell you why.

China, Russia, Iran, India, and etc is partners of the war crimes, therefore, they don't want an investigation in the fear that they will also be blamed for the war crimes.

Sri Lanka is ignoring the calls by the west, simply because it does not seem to give a damn about the west or democracy for that fact.

As for west nations, they are not really pushing for probe either. There is nothing in it for the west other than a humanitarian concern for them to step push for it.

The west would rather be a bystander by convenient. Also, Sri Lanka succeeded playing the "war on terror" card the west introduced them.

Now what went wrong is, we are living in a time where Hitler would be a hero.
Otherwise, why is world is giving Sri Lankan government a chance to hide all its war crimes.

Rajapaksa is a the worst human being in the whole world to kill mercilessly thousands of Tamils in the name of rooting out LTTE.

He is still the worst human as he has killed his own friend Lasantha in January 2009 to hide his corruptions.

Rajapaksa can only be compared to Omar Al-Bashir of Durfur.

The history won't be so kind to "celebrate" his blood bath of Tamils. Rajapaksa is a disgrace to mankind as he still refuses to let aid or aid workers in to help the Tamils in detention camps while setting out starvation and torture on children of the camps as young as 10 years old.

What a pathetic soul.
