RAW moves to arrest KP - The Gun Runner Terrorist

India's RAW intelligence agency has launched an international operation to arrest the only remaining LTTE top ranker Selvarasa (Kumaran) Padmanathan alias KP, Divaina reports.
A news article by Norman Palihawadana says KP had been living in various countries, and was last heard of in Malaysia, where an attempt by the country's police to locate him on a
request by Interpol, had failed.
Thereafter, agents of RAW have gone to Malaysia, according to reports reaching the Sri Lankan government.
Several countries are on alert at their airports to arrest the top LTTE operative, who is now entitled to all the wealth of the outfit after the killing of Velupillai Prabhakaran and other top leadership.
According to intelligence reports, KP, born on 06 April 1955 at Mailady in Kankesanthurai, had first joined TELO.
Then in 1983, he had switched his allegiance to the LTTE while being a commerce student at Jaffna University.
Analyzing what RAW is doing to capture Pathmanathan, it may well be that they are starting at the grassroots level or trying to pick up a trail from the 'last seen at' point.
It is awell known fact that Pathmanathan with so many aliases and multiple passports, has been in contact with politicians in many European countries, trying to coax them to obtain a ceasefire, with the primary aim of extricating Prabhakaran from his ditch, and then dispatching him to most probably Norway or Malaysia.
If these politicians say they did not know that Pathmanathan was a gun runner cum smuggler who was wanted by the Interpol and India, then they would be obviously lying. It is really surprising as to why these politicians did not report the communication with Pathmanathan to the Interpol.
A separate inquiry must be made to ascertain why these so called top guys who spoke to Pathmanathan did not report him to the Interpol. Can we call it obstruction of justice?
Or, were they more interested in saving Prabhakaran's hide than getting Pathmanathan - Terrorist and Criminal arrested?

How are common public affected in all this latest events? Is there a racial harmony in the South and most parts of the country? Can somebody give me an unbiased opinion? Sorry for being naive about the whole situation. I 'm trying to understand.

the common public is affected in terms of safety. KP is running drugs, guns and terrorism all over the world. You can why one person got 200 passports. If anyone is a genuine person can he/she owns more than one passport. LTTE devastatite the world with drugs and guns. The latest events help the world getting rid of viruses.
