Well certainly not the jihadist many surmised was behind the terrorist bombing of a Northern British Columbia gas pipeline, more like a disgruntled 20 something with nothing better to do.  It seems this 21 year old is a suspect caught in  a sweep.

If the sexual assault charges are true, perhaps some time in the slammer will give him time to reflect, and plenty to do avoiding prisoners who wish to make a new friend.

EDMONTON - The RCMP team investigating two pipeline bombings in northeastern British Columbia have reportedly arrested a man in Alberta.

News reports say the 21-year-old man was picked up on warrants not connected to the bombings near Dawson Creek, B.C., last week.

The warrants are reportedly for charges of sexual assault, assault and breach of conditions.

Thanks Rhonda, I find it highly unlikely this guy did it, but in the North, ya gotta look at everyone I suppose.

so he was picked up on warrants not connected to the bombings, what makes them think he's the bomber?

Thanks Amy and Donnie, who knows how he is connected with the bombings?  But warrents for Sexual assaults puts him away. Funny, how they make arrests, guess in a small town like Dawson, everyone does know everyones business.
