1. All land occupied in 1967 has to be returned completely, and this is not something to be compromised, and not tied to an equivalent Arab giveaway. Jerusalem can be discussed separately after full agreement of the Arab nations about it.

Very unlikely

2. Every displaced individual (whether outside or inside the occupied land) has the full right to return. This is not limited to the land of 1967, and the rightful original land owners have the right to get their land back completely. The mechanisms for executing this can be negotiated and discussed as long it doesn't compromise the right of any Palestinian, unless he or she positively agrees to exchange this right. The solution can be within one or two states, but the Palestinian state shouldn't be necessarily limited to the land of 1967. The demographic balance is not a concern for the Arab peoples to worry about.

This would make Israel an Arab majority nation.

3. There must be international tribunals to try all those accused of planning, inciting and executing ethnic cleansing (according to the UN definition the forced displacement of people is ethnic cleansing), war crimes, crimes against humanity and other crimes carried out by the Zionist movement. These tribunals should have the full cooperation of international human rights bodies.

This should also include Arab war crimes.,

4. Israel must compensate for the human casualties (killed, wounded and homeless), economic losses (direct and indirect), social and other losses that its establishment and behavior brought to all the countries and peoples of the region. If Israel cannot do this then the countries that gave it unlimited support must themselves pay for the damage their support to Israel caused others.

This could be done by Arab and European countries.

5. The region has to be free of weapons of mass destruction and Israel must give up such weapons. If Israel refuses, then another solution is that no limits or restrictions will be placed on any other nation's efforts to develop such weapons.

Unlikely for either to happen.

6. Arab recognition of Israel, not "full normalization," is what Arab countries can offer after the aforementioned rights are fully restored by Israel. The Arab nations are not obligated to give Israel any preferential treatment that contradicts their own interests.

This would have to be done first.

The problem with this plan is that Israel will never accept it.

Good comment.

Yes, they are 40 years too late with this proposal.

The best they can get is Gaza-no one else wants it-and most of the west bank-12 years ago they were offered 95% of it

Are you sure this is serious and not a college kid prank?!!

Laughable. If this is how they really see things, then we'd better all just hunker down and accept that this issue is with us for a long time to come.....

I think they are serious. That is the view of many in thge middle east.

I agree. They presented this as a final plan, not a start for negotiations.  Israel would not accept it.. This will likely be with us in te next generation.

A serious offer? Are you all kidding? They know this is not an acceptable plan, and any who buy into it are uninformed.

René, as usual, right on the button.

They know it's unacceptable. But "they" are not ordinary Palestinian civilians......who just want peace.

There will never be "peace in our time" for Israel.  The Israelis have awakened to the fact that they are in an existential struggle with genocidal fanatics who intend to kill every Jew they can.  After 60 years of appeasement and attempts to reach a peaceful settlement, they are buckling down to serious business in the way of advanced technological societies.  The barbaric muslims are now crying about genocide; but if the Israelis intended to commit genocide they could easily kill every Arab in Gaza.  If they wanted to use their nukes, they could kill a quarter billion muslims in an hour.  In contrast, the muslims openly admit their genocidal intentions.

As far as the "right of return," the Arabs have pushed almost all Jews out of their lands, as well as most Christians.  How about the Jewish and Christian right of return?  But why should Arab Christians and Jews live as dhimmis under the threat of muslim genocide?  How would want to live as a dhimmi?  In contrast, the million or so muslim Arabs that are living in Israel are treated far better than they would be in any muslim country; they overwhelmingly choose to stay in Israel.

What this peace plan amounts to is a muslim wet dream, a hudna or false truce, good until the muslims think they are strong enough to destroy the Jews.  They have had one for 60 years, now that it seems to be over they snivel like the barbarians they are.

It is well known that if the palistinians put down their weapons there would be peace, but if the Israeli's put down their guns there would be no Israel.

Jihad is genocide.
