Good on Laston Lastof Productions for covering an important subject and equally good on Laston for making the production about what Ezra Lavant had to say and not about what Laston wanted to say or what they thought about Ezra Lavants statements. True news, as it should be.

you are taking the question out of context. The question was pointed right from the get go because Ezra is Jewish the underlying theme in all this is a breath of anti-semitism (maybe) ... maybe not ... as i stated at the prefix to the question ... i am not conversant in the semantics of sectarian categories. What i asked was a question that cleared up what is Semitic or Antisemitism (more to the point).
I mean really there is a often utilized perception that North American Indians live tax free. Well that is only so for those who live on reserve. Those who live off reserve or derive an income from an off reserve business pay taxes the same as everyone else.
which would create the question in an interview. (at least one that i am doing) Can you be Native and not part of a reserve? The surprising answer is yes. The surprise is only for those, whose minds, such a concept would not fit into.

You did a really good job with this interview - I think this is probably one of the more 'real' ( if I can get away with sayingthat ) interviews that I've seen with Ezra so far.
