Pawlenty lock stepping

The trouble with the Republican plan is there is no accommodation for taxing corporations and wealthy Americans. Increasing revenue from those sources is essential to protect seniors.

Tim Pawlenty now indicates that he will forfeit a mind of his own to the mindless and insensitive approach by Ryan and Cantor.

Vote Democrat to protect seniors.

“* After being somewhat vague on the subject yesterday, former Minnesota governor Tim Pawlenty has said he would sign the Ryan budget plan. He told reporters in New Hampshire that his own plan would have “some differences” on Medicare and Social Security. “But if I can’t have my own plan — as president, I’ll have my own plan [but] if I can’t have that, and the bill came to my desk and I had to choose between signing or not Congressman Ryan’s plan, of course I would sign it.””
