Rielle Hunter Photos: Edwards' Mistress Finds GQ Photos Repulsive
Rielle Hunter Not Happy With GQ Photos
Rielle Hunter, the mistress of former Senator John Edwards, says she finds the photos published alongside the ten-page interview that she gave to GQ Magazine "repulsive." In her interview published today Hunter is talking about her relationship with Edwards. It is alleged Hunter was crying for hours after she saw the photos. The news was reported by journalist Barbara Walters who said she talked to Hunter about the photos.
Three photos accompany Hunter's interview in GQ. In one of them, Hunter is pictured lying on the bed with her daughter in her arms. However, her abdomen looks to be needlessly bared. In another photo, Hunter is posing with only a dress blouse, panties and a string of white pearls surrounded by toys sitting on her daughter's bed. There is a third photo in which Hunter is getting out of bed in the same dress blouse with much of her bare legs exposed toward camera.
It is hard to imagine how these photos would have been taken without Hunter's consent as she is clearly posing in all of them. It is also hard to catch someone wearing no bottoms looking straight into the camera, but the publisher is investigating and trying to get in contact with photographer Mark Seliger, who allegedly took the photos.
Seliger is a renowned photographer famous for his portraiture. Seliger took photos of many celebrities for the covers of GQ and Vanity Fair in the past.
Hunter says she trusted Seliger and "went with the flow," according to Walters.
Interestingly, Barbara Walters Tweeted earlier today, "Riell Hunter called me because we had secretly met last year. Said she hated her photos in GQ. Big mistake."
