A review group of five headed by the Chief Attorney for TWUSEA begin the task of reviewing more than 4000 cases connected with KATY. KATY not only refers to an individual, but a case.

Next week the investigators will start with a new complex while a contact list is made for interviews. The records reflect a complete three-year history of the courts in all of Baton Rouge.
