Rotary District 9460 conference

The District 9460 conference at the weekend made the news when Western Australia’s Chief Justice Wayne Martin chose his keynote address to propose a major change to the jury system in the light of the recent controversy over attacks on police. RC Booragoon had a fairly small but active team headed by President Ednamay Foston and President Elect Kasun Wijayamanna at the conference.
