This 12x18 white cake with whipped buttercream was done for my son's ROTC party at school. Fondant flag, airbrushed with frosting colors, gumpaste ROTC emblem/patch, and white chocolate Army emblem. The kids all went crazy over this one. I would have liked to have gotten the flag a bit more neat and perfect, but this was a last minute request and I was in a big hurry!

My 15 year old son is in ROTC, and I made this flag for their year-end party. The flag is fondant, airbrushed with the stars and stripes, and the ROTC patch and Army logo. The ROTC mission statement is also written on the cake...
