Royal Free Hospital bows to pressure by releasing gruesome Post Mortem report on MI5 whistleblower
The appalling case of British government whistleblower John Francis Smith is another shabby incident in the sickening litany of body parts thefts by NHS hospitals. The 'Post Mortem' conducted on his body can only be described as the slaughter of a human corpse from which 'procedure' vultures could take lessons in how to strip down a carcase.
The release of the PM report comes after three-and-half years and a pitched battle with the hospital and its staff who tried to block the report's release until last week when they finally yielded to pressure. And reading through the 'report' it is not difficult to understand why some staff at the hospital wanted to prevent its disclosure.
On 9 March 2005, J F Smith's family were told he had died of Ischaemic Heart Disease and Congestive Cardiac Failure (See Death Certificate) but the PM report shows he also developed "hospital acquired pneumonia", a term often used by NHS 'doctors' to cover-up the nature and spread of MRSA infections and the role they play in causing deaths.
The Royal Free Hospital which has a proven poor record on MRSA infections, omitted the term "hospital acquired pneumonia" from the cause of death 'explanation' given to J F Smith's family. And it has to be asked why the hospital took this decision if for no other reason than to cover-up the nature of the whistleblower's death and the role the 'hospital' played in contributing to his premature demise.
And what is more sickening about this case is the fact that on 9 March 2005, the deceased's brother Leonard Smith was asked to consent to a limited Post Mortem investigation of his brother's death. But even this was not necessary because the hospital already knew the causes of death.
In the event, Dr Alex Mayer, who no longer works at the hospital, 'explained' to Leonard Smith, "Tissue samples will be removed from the heart and lungs to conduct specific tests to help advance medical science in the field of heart disease. We will also conduct tests on body fluids and may retain small amounts of tissue on which to conduct further tests."
Leonard Smith was persuaded this was in the best interests of medical science and to help "advance medical understanding of the disease" and agreed to a limited Post Mortem having been assured no body parts would be removed. On learning what he had been conned into signing and that the hospital had betrayed its promise, Leonard Smith was devastated as one might might expect.
And now the family of J F Smith are set to embark on litigation against the Royal Free Hampstead NHS 'Trust' on the grounds that the hospital without proper legal authorisation removed all of the whistleblower's body parts. Leonard Smith has sworn an Affidavit to the effect that he was deceived as to the nature of what he was 'consenting' to and the fact that he did not consent to the retention of all or any of his brother's body parts.
Having been pressed for a copy of the 'consent' form Leonard Smith signed on 9 March 2005, it is noticeable that the Royal Free has not [yet] released the document and no copy was given to Mr Smith on the day.
When J F Smith was finally cremated on 17 March 2005 at Golders Green Crematorium, his family were unable to view him in the coffin beforehand because the 'Post Mortem' had so badly disfigured him. And it is little wonder his family could not view his body to pay their last respects given the fact that the Royal Free's 'doctors' had butchered and decapitated his body.
The 'hospital' retained his brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, spleen, testicles, and a host of samples were sliced away from other parts of his body. This grotesque decapitation is all the more so given the fact that J F Smith was a deeply private man and treasured his privacy above all else but in the end his dignity was torn to shreds on a mortician's slab.
And given the fact that the hospital had a chance to ask J F Smith whilst he was still alive if he wanted his body donated to 'medical 'science, it is a damning fact that the hospital chose not to ask him!
The editor of News Alliance and nephew of J F Smith said, "On my behalf of my family, I must express my unreserved disgust on learning what happened to John. This is another typically shocking example of the cavalier attitude of NHS staff towards the dignity of the dead and when put into it's proper context, it is my opinion that this barbarism simply constitutes another wicked act in a long line of unadulterated evil intents against my courageous uncle from Her Majesty's Government and its subsidiary state-funded departments. They will pay a heavy price for this outrage!"
And News Alliance will now attempt to locate and interview Dr Alex Mayer but his whereabouts remain unclear at this time but it is thought he is hiding 'somewhere' in the NHS infrastructure as opposed to having fled to his native Israel. If any member of the public has information on Dr Alex Mayer, please contact us on 0208 1449411.
But whatever the truth of his disapperance from the scene there will be no escape for the Royal Free 'Hospital' and J F Smith's family have now insisted the NHS Trust resolve their demainds within 14 days or face litigation for damages on the foregoing grounds.
And the hospital's foreign-born legal supervisor Claudette Brown, who notoriously told the editor of News Alliance that she could not "speak English", is now facing disciplinary action by the hospital. It is hoped that the hospital's "investigation" of Miss Brown's misconduct will not materialise as another whitewash....
