Walang kapatawaran ang ginawa nila at kahit itanggi nila ng ilang ulit ang ginawa nila hindi pa rin nila mababago ang katotohanan. Lalabas kung ano talaga ang ginawa nila. Hindi na sila naawa sa isang ina na walang kalaban-laban. Nakita ng Diyos kung ano ang ginawa nila at kailangan nila magbayad sa ginawa nila. i think i saw this person after she was declared missing that same year, december. at ratski morato (in the same bldg, not inside ratski) where we used to hold a review session of the nursing board.. she was with a chinese looking guy, obviously older than her, wearing eye glasses. she was pushing a stroller (of course with a baby on it)..
what happend to her is really horrable..

maybe you saw her before she was declared missing. she went missing on march 14, 2007 and was reportedly killed the same day by the perpetrators. it was said by the witness. maybe you saw her on december 2006, because at that time, she was still together with her husband and they got separated on january 2007.

many people have been killed in a horrific manner. there must be a reason to it. i never understood why people kill in such horrific manner until i saw my friend betrayed and stepped on so much. in such a case, the immense anger could lead to such horrific vengeance - torture before death. the victim must really have done something terribly wrong that fomented the killers to have done such deed. those making remarks should not do so based on the murder incident. its past should be looked into and taken into consideration as to why the killers killed in such manner. patience is limited. when it overflows, some people just explode.

correct ka dyan.... masyado naman napaka babaw ng utak ng taong magcocomment ng ganyan..... sana inalam nya muna yung information ng kaso.. she maybe done SOMETHING TERRIBLY WRONG... but how wrong is it? for her to deserve that kind of death.... and nobody desrerves it, except for those people na pumapatay or nagpapapatay na hindi man lang nakokonsensya. they desrve to die that way(even worst). yung walang ibang dyos kundi sarili nila... Lets pray for her and for the Barrameda's, especially for ruby rose's children... Lets just hope that justice will prevail...

this line of reasoning usually comes from a cold-blooded murderer who doesn't have any conscience or guilt feeling even after doing something as horrifying as what happened to ms. ruby rose. you may be right about a person's patience being limited. nobody is perfect, we all sin...we are all but human anyway...but to justify taking someone else's life specially in such a brutal and horrifying manner even if someone did something terribly wrong can only come from a sick and disturbed mind who does not have a good grasp of right and wrong. in a civilized society, even guilty murderers have the right to go on trial, be heard and defend themselves. that poor lady, a mother of a 7 year old and a 4 month old baby back then...she did not deserve everything she went through..no one does. she was so helpless, defenseless, and killed in a very brutal way. it is just not right. may she get the justice she so deserves. may she rest in peace.

this murder case doesnt have anything to do with what the victim had done in the past against the murderer. it is reported and believed that she had a knowledge regarding the wrong and illegal doings of the suspects that made them kill her. and besides, they thought that the dispute between the ex-couple regarding the custody of their children and the "battered wife" case will lead to the discovery of their illegal doings on their business to be uncovered by ruby herself. she was not considered as a member of the family with regards to the safety of their names in the field of their business.

If the killers were provoked by her anger, anger because of her rights taken away from her as a mother, this still does not justify the killing. I reckon she went to her ex husband's house to show her anger and to get what is rightfully hers (her children) and then was badly hurt after that. Famous line nga ng mga Pilipino, "iligpit na yan" o "patahimikin na yan." So that's what probably the killers did. I just find your comment very ignorant and lack of sensitivity. I can't possibly believe that there are people like you who thinks that it is ok to kill someone if they are provoked. She's a woman, a mother, a daughter, and a sister to someone. She's not into some kind of a gang or won't even probably hurt a fly. Yes you can plead temporary loss of sanity. Yung bang nagdilim ang paningin mo kaya mo nagawa yun. But this is obviously a murder case. It was intentional. Or even if was not intentional, the way they disposed off the body was intentional. I just hope you don't offend someone and do the same thing to you.
