This fusion center Gestapo is engaged in an inhumane criminal enterprise under the cover of national security and law enforcement. Its structure and tactics echo the efficient, centralized fascism of Nazi Germany. It is directed by a cultish security elite that has quietly usurped power from the nation's elected lawmakers and judiciary -- a federal bureaucrat- directed but grassroots- based American junta.
The fusion center Gestapo, by deliberate calculation, uses the wars on terror, crime and drugs as the pretext, the cover story, for what amounts to a slow-kill genocide -- a hate- and ideology-driven silent holocaust directed at persons and entire families it unilaterally and extrajudicially condemns as unworthy of the rights supposedly guaranteed to all Americans under the U.S. Constitution.

The character assassination is accompanied by financial sabotage -- identity theft, stolen checks and important documents, often leading to financial loss, unfavorable credit terms and inflated balances on fabricated, counterfeited credit card and utility billing statements.

It soon becomes clear to the target that even the local bank or merchant, or at least some of their employees, are in on the expropriation scheme. Targets are treated rudely, with open contempt, by local businesspeople and even by previously friendly neighbors, who likely have been told lies about them by members of the "matrix" -- also widely known as "the program."

Squadrons of vehicle stalkers, often affiliated with town watch or community policing groups, relentlessly follow and often tailgate targets as they come into range of their own GPS units; the federally funded RISSNET network apparently supplies the stalker units with the targets' GPS locations, often by way of local police departments who lord over the government-enabled vigilantes. The extra-legally targeted also find they no longer can expect good service, whether it's in-home repair, at the local retailer, or at the auto service shop. They often find their vehicles mechanically or cosmetically vandalized, causing added expense, and a possible danger to vehicle occupants -- or to other motorists driving nearby.
The stark fact is that this government-spawned torture matrix has created a subculture of sadism and cruel depravity. Those wondering why "bullying" has become endemic in our communities need look no further than the local fusion center- affiliated community "watch" Gestapo. Indeed, fusion center- affiliated agencies sponsor weekend retreats for "program" members, where, it has been reported, bullying and harassment methods and tactics are carefully taught.
Want to know who's doing this locally, where you live? Ask a neighbor for the name of the local "block captain." Then ask him or her whether "community watch" sometimes turns into community-based harassment and acts of malicious vandalism and psychological torment. This "death by a thousand cuts" -- the stalking, the character assassination and community "shunning," the financial sabotage, the home intrusions, the vandalism -- is expressly designed to wreak psychological damage on targeted persons, to deconstruct their lives and their personalities, erode their self-confidence and their ability to earn a living, destroy their family and social relations -- to neutralize them.

In hopes of using law enforcement and the health care system as instruments of social neutralization, community vigilante stalkers engage their targets in elaborate set-ups and stunts directed and scripted by their "team leaders." This "street theater" is intended to unnerve their prey and provoke a response. Nearly eight years of electromagnetic attack have caused serious damage to my physical well-being, including chronic pain; weakened musculature and stamina; chronic fatigue; degraded eyesight and hearing; fibrous tumors; and other physical maladies too disturbing to mention here.
Hospitals and medical facilities in my region, and probably yours, are thoroughly infiltrated by the community stalker brigades; I've been subject to sadistic treatment, even to what I believe were harmful procedures such as unnecessary multiple X-rays and even a CAT scan that caused pain -- and my outcry elicited a sadistic remark from the technician. This happened at a well-respected central New Jersey hospital center.
When I retrieved the X-ray, I found the name of another person on the actual film, under a sticky label upon which my name had been typed. So I was not surprised when a doctor informed me in 2004, the year I became aware of my targeting, that the X-ray revealed an "aging brain." I didn't dare tell her that I believed the X-ray belonged to someone else; if I had, she would have bought the line that I was delusional -- just what certain entities may have wanted her to conclude.
I was only 54 years old at the time. I believe I was being set up by unknown authorities seeking to declare me incompetent -- a felonious, fraudulent scheme if there ever was one. Perhaps that explains why another patient's name was on the film. Since no authority will come to my aid, and because it is unlikely that I could have found an attorney to file a lawsuit on a contingency basis absent physical damage arising from the procedure, I just let it drop -- and haven't written about it until today.
HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN 'UNDER THE RADAR?' REMEMBER HISTORY. NEVER FORGET.

...I was under microwave attack, as described in the attack report above. Between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m., as I drove on I-295 and I-95 north headed to Princeton, I was violently attacked while driving, causing that "head in a vise" feeling, as though a magnet was tearing at my brain and locking up my jaw. These attacks could endanger all motorists on the road, not just the "target."
Since it is apparent that I am being surveilled even while driving in my car, I made verbal reference to what was happening, to inform the "information systems" defense contractors who apparently eavesdrop in real time that they again were committing war crimes. Within a minute, the attack eased in intensity; but minutes later, I again felt the tell-tale signs that my torturers again were "upping the amplitude" on their cell tower- mounted directed energy weapon system. I again made verbal reference to the attack. Again, the intensity diminished, allowing me to drive safely, less impaired by microwave attack.
Later, last night at precisely 8:28 p.m., I was struck on the left temple by an intense, forceful pulsed blast that literally felt like I had been hit in the side of the head by a compression charge, or a rubber bullet. Then, a few minutes later, I was suddenly overcome by a feeling of extreme cold. I believe that was a result of another microwave brain assault that resulted in a sudden alteration of my core body temperature. I wrote about this documented effect in this recent article:

I have been hit with similar invisible force in the past, sometimes accompanied by overwhelming heat. This leads me to conclude that the U.S. military has perfected a means to attack targets with a scalar wave particle beam weapon that can apply kinetic force to a target.
Interestingly, just yesterday I received a Google alert ("microwave weapon" keywords) that Lockheed Martin has just been awarded a contract to develop a high power microwave weapon to knock out enemy electronics. It is my contention that the existing "torture tower" cellular microwave radio frequency weapon system installed nationwide already possesses that capability on the ground -- and that press releases making it seem that such weapons are still under development are part of a psy ops campaign of disinformation.
UPDATE - 3:27 p.m., 11/3 -- Top of my head BURNING UP, hot to touch. I am being irradiated by gov't operatives using their microwave radio frequency weapon mounted on cell towers everywhere.

For those unaware of the precision-targeting capabilities of this weapon system -- if the target is illuminated with backscatter radiation and/or an infrared laser targeting grid, sociopath operatives can "brand" their targets with initials etched into their skin -- in the manner of the Nazis who tattooed numbers on the arms of concentration camp prisons. That is how precise the targeting can be with the right illumination of the target. Imagine the constant radiation bath to which targets are subjected -- that alone is believed to be enough to induce diseases such as leukemia or diabetes. Shortly after posting the above article, the microwave radio frequency attack resumed and has not abated. I am suffering as I write this from vertigo, severe pain to the forehead, ringing ears, and that "head in a vise" feeling, as if a magnet is tearing out my brain.
This morning, I awoke to severe ear-ringing and head pain, indications that we were attacked overnight, perhaps "put under" as community goons again entered our home to vandalize and despoil.

Meanwhile, I find bottles of water stored in the garage overfilled, giving off a chemical odor, and more signs that someone has been entering our home as we sleep to wipe a brown acidic goo on appliances, causing premature rust-out. I have left messages for my police chief, to again ask him to order an investigation. I have information I believe could lead to some of the persons with direct knowledge as to whom may be committing this domestic terrorism. I have information indicating that close-by neighbors may be aware of the identities of such persons, and that some neighbors may have aided and abetted these crimes against my person and property.
My pleas have fallen on deaf ears for NEARLY SEVEN YEARS, despite a personal meeting with the police chief on June 30, 2009, in which he left the impression with me that he would initiate an investigation. Took a short bike ride, cellphone battery disconnected, and yet the Bucks rCounty, PA/Trenton NJ regional goon squads apparently followed me wherever I went.
Obviously tipped off by warrantless surveillance, another bicyclist whom I see virtually EVERY TIME I take a bike ride whizzed by and smiled as I turned from my residential area onto a main road.
In the borough of Yardley, I apparently was stalked by a couple in a silver SUV with a St. Josephs University sticker on the rear deck. Interestingly, others who live close by, whom I have reason to believe have aided and abetted acts of domestic terrorism directed against me, my family and my property, are affiliated with St. Joe's.
Later, in the same parking lot, I observed a man standing next to a white SUV, this time with Jersey plates, who seemed to be surveilling my every move. After I engaged him in conversation, he quickly hopped behind the wheel and drove off.
That evening, I drove to a nearby Trenton, NJ supermarket to pick up a few items, including a pound of butter. As I was looking over the choice of brands, a woman walked up and nearly bumped into me. "Excuse me," I said. She loomed as I made my selection -- then reached and grabbed the same brand and type of butter I had chosen. This has happened before to me in stores, many times.
"What I coincidence; you picked the same item I did," I said to her. She smiled.
These apparent "gaslighting" stunts are highly coordinated, and it is obvious that the stalkers are equipped with GPS units that give "program" members a read-out of my location -- apparently obtained from a GPS unit installed in our vehicle that we did not order, but which, my wife was told, "came with the car." This was a bald-faced lie on the part of a well-known Honda dealer.

I get the exact same thing - I often have been questioned, well, didn't you dooooo something to deserve this??? (as if anyone could) today I find out I'm accused of taking drugs and being a "sexpot" 30 YEARS AGO! Really, 3o years ago -Given the fact our own dept of defense employees and contractors go free even though they download child porn - I'd say this is a larger cover-up for involved in so-called child prostitution rings, otherwise, why would they go to all that trouble? May I offer a suggestion? It's time to freshen up the act. The old material is getting stale.That's not to say that satellites aren't delivering DEW attacks on high-value targets. Again, not so fast... The elected leadership is naive and entrained. The election may have been rigged in many jurisdictions, thanks to electronic voting manipulation/fraud. America suffers from blind faith and naivety and that is what will bring on a total end to personal liberty (as I wrote yesterday in my latest posting, my liberty, my American dream, already is dead).
Let me repeat: A very powerful security agency is trying to eliminate me and got me targeted by the multi-agency Gestapo -- that's my conclusion. Yet this agency has not been able to silence me. What to make of that?
Here's what I make of it: Other centers of power are taking steps behind the scenes to bring the leadership of rogue agencies, directorates and commands into line. If they do not "snap to," I believe that an enforcement action is in the offing, an action that could lead to some very powerful people being visited by armed units of the Justice Department.
If I am wrong, well then, I'll try to report back from Camp FEMA... if they let me live.
