This fusion center Gestapo is engaged in an inhumane criminal enterprise under the cover of national security and law enforcement. Its structure and tactics echo the efficient, centralized fascism of Nazi Germany. It is directed by a cultish security elite that has quietly usurped power from the nation's elected lawmakers and judiciary -- a federal bureaucrat- directed but grassroots- based American junta.

The extra-legally targeted also find they no longer can expect good service, whether it's in-home repair, at the local retailer, or at the auto service shop. They often find their vehicles mechanically or cosmetically vandalized, causing added expense, and a possible danger to vehicle occupants -- or to other motorists driving nearby.
The stark fact is that this government-spawned torture matrix has created a subculture of sadism and cruel depravity. Those wondering why "bullying" has become endemic in our communities need look no further than the local fusion center- affiliated community "watch" Gestapo. Indeed, fusion center- affiliated agencies sponsor weekend retreats for "program" members, where, it has been reported, bullying and harassment methods and tactics are carefully taught.
Want to know who's doing this locally, where you live? Ask a neighbor for the name of the local "block captain." Then ask him or her whether "community watch" sometimes turns into community-based harassment and acts of malicious vandalism and psychological torment. Nearly eight years of electromagnetic attack have caused serious damage to my physical well-being, including chronic pain; weakened musculature and stamina; chronic fatigue; degraded eyesight and hearing; fibrous tumors; and other physical maladies too disturbing to mention here.
Hospitals and medical facilities in my region, and probably yours, are thoroughly infiltrated by the community stalker brigades; I've been subject to sadistic treatment, even to what I believe were harmful procedures such as unnecessary multiple X-rays and even a CAT scan that caused pain -- and my outcry elicited a sadistic remark from the technician. This happened at a well-respected central New Jersey hospital center.
When I retrieved the X-ray, I found the name of another person on the actual film, under a sticky label upon which my name had been typed. So I was not surprised when a doctor informed me in 2004, the year I became aware of my targeting, that the X-ray revealed an "aging brain." I didn't dare tell her that I believed the X-ray belonged to someone else; if I had, she would have bought the line that I was delusional -- just what certain entities may have wanted her to conclude.
I was only 54 years old at the time. I believe I was being set up by unknown authorities seeking to declare me incompetent -- a felonious, fraudulent scheme if there ever was one. Perhaps that explains why another patient's name was on the film. Since no authority will come to my aid, and because it is unlikely that I could have found an attorney to file a lawsuit on a contingency basis absent physical damage arising from the procedure, I just let it drop -- and haven't written about it until today.

Sadly it does not, neither does "you and (insert name here) are the same person.
It doesn't matter if it is the same person , the point remains valid. I notice scrivs method of 'pounding' the imaginary enemies he faces is to respond with threats, strange for a man who see's threats everywhere.

I have to admit that some of these TI's have a strange way of responding to others post. Maybe they could find better use of there time researching the accurate descriptions of the weapons technologies being used on them; and the correct terminologies. Scrivener has basically made up his scenario based on his own beliefs and terminologies. None of what he is alleging has any scientific basis or proof. I'm no arguing that he's not being attacked, just his description of how it's being done.
By the way, any grammatical errors in posting here, mean absolutely nothing to credibility or what a targeted individual has to say. Whoever came up with that, or thinks that, has a screw loose somewhere. 1

Right idea Scrivener, wrong technology being applied as the weapon.
MichelleFortune_Don't know if your kidding in your post. I assume your a MD. You probably need to research this issue a little more to understand exactly whats effecting targeted individuals (TI). Scrivener is only one of tens of thousands of individuals being targeted by electronic weapons, and electromagnetic psychological weapons technologies. These technologies are real and can cause the physical and mental conditions being described.

Some states have laws that arguably would apply... one state has banned "electronic weaponry," but that's aimed at hand-held gizmos, not the classified systems that are unknown to lawmakers.
The problem is, the scalar microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon mounted on cell tower masts throughout the industrialized world is being kept secret and I believe I am the only journalist in the world who has revealed the public patents behind the system and how it works. Its existence is hidden by calling it a cellular communications system. Officials maintain secrecy by evoking "national security" when it comes to "surveillance systems."
That's right -- these war criminals are mislabeling a weapon system as surveillance when it is a weapon system. Example: My car is equipped with a GPS-activated "anti-theft system" that we didn't order but was, we were told, "came with the car" -- a lie. Now I can be attacked by this weapon system anywhere I drive. If I am not in the car, they can target me via cellphone. So I keep the cellphone's battery disconnected. If I go into a store, it appears that GPS-equipped video surveillance is being used to target me and inflict silent torture when I shop. This happened in Wal-Mart and in Lowe's and Superfresh.
Sadists are running this system. They apparently enjoy torture. The American security-mil-intel complex is corrupt and immoral and those with a conscience are too selfish and cowardly to do anything about it. I have proposed going to federal court seeking a cease and desist on the fusion centers based on a recent DC Court of Appeals decision declaring the extended use of warrantless GPS tracking (one way the system targets people) as unconstitutional.
Because all of my telecommunications are intercepted, sometimes tampered with, often "deep-sixed," I have had trouble finding an attorney to help me prepare a filing. Perhaps some good person on the inside seeing this can do something on the "down-low" to help...

My guess is that the Global/US Evildoers are testing the chips as targeting devices in people for use in areas of the world where the cell-towers are few and far between and they want to track the "enemy." As for your apparent predilection to regard the victims of an ideology- and hate-driven social and physical genocide as mentally ill, you are following the script of authoritarian regimes past and present, from the Nazis to the Communist Chinese.
I am concerned that your attitude reflects latent prejudices and totalitarian tendencies. Perhaps you should address these issues with your counselor or therapist.
As per law enforcement links, some of my best friends and allies are in law enforcement. In fact, some of them may be reading this email and they may wonder who you really are and what your intent is.

Let me also ask you to think about this: I didn't realize I was extrajudicially, unjustly targeted by this hate-fueled extremist authoritarian "program" until the spring of 2004. Now that I think about it, some of the misfortunes I endured in prior years may have been a direct result of sabotage by this program. The electromagnetic attacks began even earlier than the point that I realized I was being purposely neutralized. You might say I was struck down in my prime. I was 54 then. I'm 60 now. My career as a mainstream journalist and a TV producer is ruined. Last time I tried, the "info systems" operatives still were preventing me from editing video on my computer -- the one that still hasn't been totally sabotaged. The functions are whited out, chronically. And my health is seriously degraded; just how seriously, I don't know, because each time I sought medical treatment, sadistic goons -- technicians, nurses, etc. -- were right there, and often I got worse instead of better.
This is fascism. These crimes are more high-tech than what the German Nazis did, but even worse, in one sense, because the technology is silent and invisible. There is no stench coming up from the death camps to alert the townsfolk that their nation has turned barbaric. It is a virtual Auschwitz, and Americans are being tortured and imprisoned in their own homes -- without one whit of due process under the law, extra-legally, a total bypass of the judicial system, no recourse, no justice.
The people running these programs, from the directorates to the lowliest operative at the defense contractor cubicle farm, have lost their humanity as they have stolen what it means to be an American. They are no longer Americans; they are sub-human -- sadistic, amoral souls who think they are "keeping America safe" as they destroy all that is worth keeping safe, our system of laws and justice.
Oh yes, I will do my journalism, until my last breath -- and until this evil is excised from the nation, and its architects and operatives face the bar of justice.
If you are among them, may I suggest that you repent now and quickly cross over to the right side of history. Because the dead-enders always get it the worst.
