This fusion center Gestapo is engaged in an inhumane criminal enterprise under the cover of national security and law enforcement. Its structure and tactics echo the efficient, centralized fascism of Nazi Germany. It is directed by a cultish security elite that has quietly usurped power from the nation's elected lawmakers and judiciary -- a federal bureaucrat- directed but grassroots- based American junta.

It soon becomes clear to the target that even the local bank or merchant, or at least some of their employees, are in on the expropriation scheme. The extra-legally targeted also find they no longer can expect good service, whether it's in-home repair, at the local retailer, or at the auto service shop. They often find their vehicles mechanically or cosmetically vandalized, causing added expense, and a possible danger to vehicle occupants -- or to other motorists driving nearby.
The stark fact is that this government-spawned torture matrix has created a subculture of sadism and cruel depravity. Those wondering why "bullying" has become endemic in our communities need look no further than the local fusion center- affiliated community "watch" Gestapo. Indeed, fusion center- affiliated agencies sponsor weekend retreats for "program" members, where, it has been reported, bullying and harassment methods and tactics are carefully taught.
Want to know who's doing this locally, where you live? Ask a neighbor for the name of the local "block captain." Then ask him or her whether "community watch" sometimes turns into community-based harassment and acts of malicious vandalism and psychological torment. Nearly eight years of electromagnetic attack have caused serious damage to my physical well-being, including chronic pain; weakened musculature and stamina; chronic fatigue; degraded eyesight and hearing; fibrous tumors; and other physical maladies too disturbing to mention here.
Hospitals and medical facilities in my region, and probably yours, are thoroughly infiltrated by the community stalker brigades; I've been subject to sadistic treatment, even to what I believe were harmful procedures such as unnecessary multiple X-rays and even a CAT scan that caused pain -- and my outcry elicited a sadistic remark from the technician. This happened at a well-respected central New Jersey hospital center.
When I retrieved the X-ray, I found the name of another person on the actual film, under a sticky label upon which my name had been typed. So I was not surprised when a doctor informed me in 2004, the year I became aware of my targeting, that the X-ray revealed an "aging brain." I didn't dare tell her that I believed the X-ray belonged to someone else; if I had, she would have bought the line that I was delusional -- just what certain entities may have wanted her to conclude.
I was only 54 years old at the time. I believe I was being set up by unknown authorities seeking to declare me incompetent -- a felonious, fraudulent scheme if there ever was one. Perhaps that explains why another patient's name was on the film. Since no authority will come to my aid, and because it is unlikely that I could have found an attorney to file a lawsuit on a contingency basis absent physical damage arising from the procedure, I just let it drop -- and haven't written about it until today.
HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN 'UNDER THE RADAR?' REMEMBER HISTORY. NEVER FORGET.

I will say this, the person who responded from 'The Sunrise Foundation' seemed intelligent and polite. Why you would immediately attack their credibility and twist the intent of there natural questioning is rude at the very least. You have shown this attitude many times before with other posters who you call "psy-ops or perps". I would suggest that the next time someone of any influence or support should stop by, you first thank them and politely try to answer any questions they may have without attacking them personally or professionally. The questions Colin McCoy asked were reasonable and without prejudice. Any help from almost anyone at this point would help this cause.

You think all of this is new? The technology is more advanced, allowing an expansion of the target footprint, but it's the same agencies and commands doing the same kind of nastiness, and worse, that was going on in the Nixon-Watergate days of the early 1970s... rendering moot the electoral process and the judicial system. Woodward and Bernstein exposed some of the symptoms. The root evil was never excised. It has only grown.
Read John Loftus' book, "The Secret War Against the Jews." And add to the mix all intellectuals, free thinkers, aggressive journalists, supporters of liberal causes, recreational drug users, homos, etc. -- and you've got the targets of Gestapo USA.
It's the Eloi versus the Morlocks, and the Eloi are still naive, singing "kumbayah." Only when the Eloi learn to resist will all Americans enjoy the liberties they thought they had been guaranteed by the Constitution.
There are two sets of Americans: One set is hard-wired to actually believe what they were taught in school about the three branches of government, constitutional rights, civilian rule over the military, etc.
And then there are those who are hard-wired to believe that humans cannot be trusted with freedom, and must be controlled, lest their "animal instincts" lead them astray.
It is the authoritarians who are the real animals, the betrayers of free will and human liberty, the notion that all men (and women) are created equal, and have certain inalienable rights. The extreme right does not believe that. They are elitists and supremacists. And those genotypes appear to be running our military, security and intel agencies and commands, along with their hard-right allies in corporate America.

For whatever reason Scrivener, you continue using your made up descriptions of the technology and terminology our government is using against targeted individuals. Plus all your fairy tale analogies and rather politically incorrect ways of putting it doesn't reflect well on this TI issue.
You continually question why the government is destroying your life, without questioning what you write here almost everyday. Whats the point your trying to make if you insult or reject almost everyother person who is either a TI or just an inquisitive person trying to understand the meaning of what you, in all your own self righteous ignorance, seem to be talking about and trying to say. Are you incapable of holding and intelligent conversation ?

I just received an email, supposedly about a disc jockey event, with the headline, "Two Days Before the West Coast Takeover..." I do not receive any email that the "program" does not want me to receive -- that's been apparent for years, and I see no signs of any change in the "full lid" telecom censorship protocol.
Aside from the fact that I started the comment above with the old line, "Repeating for the West Coast," the neurolinguistic programming implicit in the email got me to thinking along these lines:
What "takeover?" Something to do with Mumbai? Obama? Is the "takeover" set for Monday... another POTUS coming home in a box?
I recall when I was 13, seeing in the aftermath of 11/22/63 the gloating ads in the Dallas newspapers the day JFK was assassinated. That day scarred an entire generation and turned many of us into skeptics.
I smell something in the wind. It smells rotten.
Not only is Obama's trip bad optics at a time of economic woes at home -- it also puts him in a place where a discomfiting story line could be pursued... another "terrorist" attack in Mumbai, an event that could claim another president and cement a quiet takeover that's been in the making for many years.
I hope this is just idle speculation. But I bet I am not the only one worrying about this today.
I have a pretty good idea that a psy ops unit sent that email. But from which agency or command? And what was the sender thinking?

Is it extreme low frequency or is it radio frequency? And don't tell me one is modulated on the other. Number one there would be no benefit to modulating an ELF signal onto RF, ELF carries much further without attenuation from atmospheric interference. More importantly modulating a signal onto a carrier wave can be done on the transmit end but your body lacks the means to decode it once such a signal reached you.
Never mind your patent you claim proves the existence of these "torture towers" doesn't include anything about ELF.

These big "defense" contractors are turning large swathes of the US population into a "bullying" homegrown terrorist network -- especially the "new" Americans, the Hispanics, Asians, etc, who do not speak English well enough to get a job. So our Homegrown Traitors give these immigrants a job as "bullies on demand" in the US. The DHS working through "defense" contractors gets sheriffs to loan them officers to learn how to organize grass roots bullying. The bullies are tied together by an application on cellphones. The targeted American has been tagged and is tracked wherever he/she goes. The masses of bullies track the target and mob the target according to the instruction on the cellphone. Most bullies are volunteers who think that high tech lynching is a proper activity for an American. They are rewarded merly by vacations in areas near the beach, where they can "bully" the locals and then go back home. Other bullies are paid bullies to "follow" the targets. I am a target and have been driven off the road by these unpaid vigilantes who so gullibly do the illegal bidding of our burgeoning police state. It seems to me that this nationwide abomination is ripe for a class action suit -- not only on behalf of the TIs but also on behalf of the public who are endangered by these activities. Perhaps all the counties and towns who are not exerting adequate supervision over the activities of their sheriffs' participation in this US Official Bullying&Torture Network should be sued. Perhaps all the "neighbors" (who own their own homes) and who are so willing to participate in bullying a neighbor at the sayso of the so-called, all-knowing, always wise "authorities" ought to be sued. This "following/tracking activity" goes beyond mere surveillance -- although that is how the foot soldier bullies probably think of it. What the bullies-for-hire (or for-fun) don't realize is that the TIs are being tortured on multiple, life-threatening levels that includes their children, friends and acquaintances -- and the targets are never informed of how they fell into the Matrix or what they can do to exonerate whatever lie has been told. The Torture Matrix is cruel and unusual, never-ending punishment that has been designed to threaten the TIs lives, up to and including the torture and death that Vic describes.
