Let's see if Drudge Report is right on this breaking news.

The American broadcast industry is rocked, realigned and blasted into a new orbit, yet again, by Rush Limbaugh, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

In what is being described as an unprecedented radio contract, Limbaugh will keep his syndicated show on-the-air and e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e through 2016 with CLEAR CHANNEL and PREMIERE RADIO.

Already host of the most lucrative hours since radio's inception, Limbaugh's total package is valued north of $400 million, according to media insiders.

PEP, I like this story. It's good stuff. You know, I have always considered myself Right Wing and Opinionated, and I would take far less than $400 million, I'd settle for a house in the country, say Hawaii!  I think that is pretty doable.

PEP, I like this story. It's good stuff. Shouldn't Rush be devalued  over time?  We all remember the 500 million bucks Sirius paid for Howard Stern. Get real.  Not even the God-Father of conservative talk radio

I found this story just before dashing off to the hairdresser and highlighted it very very quickly. I thank everyone for their reads, comments, and flags. I'm not sure that I can get my head wrapped around $400 million for spouting off.  Then again, not sure I can quite get my head wrapped around $400 million at all, so what do I know?     ;}

Although I think he's established his own brand, if you will, I don't think it's exactly worth quite that much. I wonder how much he gives to charity. Hmm.

Charity, I am thinking is the name of his twenty something Girlfriend?

He gives millions every year. He auctioned off a letter from Harry Reid to Rush's boss asking for Rush's firing and donated all the proceeds to the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation. Just within the last week he helped with a drive to get baskets to the troops for the 4th. He also gives a lot for cancer research. There are other things too, but I can't recall all his charitable activities at the moment.

If your definition of a terrorist is a person who tries to destroy a country by spreading lies. Rush Limbaugh is a terrorist....but not a scary type of terrorist he is just an A$$hole that bored people listen too...why? Because he is pompous enough to be a big American running joke...unfortunately some of these people who listen are stupid and actually believe what he says and that is when the damage is done.  But the majority just listen for a good laugh and realize he is more entertainment then fact.  Does anyone know if he is still in drug rehab or is he back on the pills again? I hope he was able to stop his addiction.

You mean you don't think he's scary?

Obviously you don't listen to him, just like all the other lemmings who bash Rush.

I agree, I would not call Rush a Terrorist, Judging by his Raymond Massey Girth, if you define a terrorist as someone who straps himself with Ding Dongs, and Little Debbies is a terrorist act, perhaps I am missing something?  All I know is, I like listening to him, after all freedom of speech, something rare in most countries.
