Russain / Venzuelan Team Up. Threat to "Imperialist" USA?

In the past few months, the cooperation between <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />Venezuela and Russia has escalated. Military exercises will commence in the short term with Russian Nuclear Powered War Ships in South American waters.

Venezuela recently amassed over 4 billion dollars in Russian made military arms. Both countries have voiced threatening tones at the US and it's allies.

Further cooperation between the two thinly veiled socialist dictatorships are in the works regarding energy. Two of the big players of both countries in the carbon fuel industry recently announced joint exploration efforts off the coast of Venezuela.

Anti American sentiments have been at an unusually high pitch since President Bush's unpopular politics went and stuck it's posterior in the face of world sentiment, but few nations have responded with cooperative threats in such consistent, and practical manner as these two countries have.

Watching the middle east and North Korea while fighting a two front war is bad enough. These two players could make life downright scary for the US right now.
