Sarah Maynard, 13, Was Found Sunday Morning Bound and Gagged in a Mount Vernon Ohio Home

She is reported to be fine, but her mother Tina Herrmann, 32, Kody Maynard, 10, and Herrmann's friend Stephanie Sprang, 41, are still missing. Everyone has been missing since Wednesday.

Sarah was taken to hospital and she is expected to fully recover, but police are not releasing much of her preliminary interviews as this is an ongoing police investigation.

Matthew Hoffman, 30, lives in the home were Sarah was found and was taken into custody and faces a kidnapping charge and possible other charges. When police conducted the raid they were hoping to find all four people, but knew they may only find Sarah.

Police were still investigating whether Hoffman knew any of the four people, he said. Asked if Hoffman was cooperating with authorities, Barber said he was not.

Herrmann works at a Mount Vernon Dairy Queen, but when she failed to report to work on Wednesday, a deputy went to her home twice and although her pickup was outside and the lights were on, no one was home. On Thursday, a Dairy Queen manager entered the home and found blood inside. The children were both in school on Wednesday, but not Thursday and Sprang's car was also outside Herrmann's home. Herrmann's truck was found Thursday night in Gambier Ohio.

Police believe that Hoffman could lead them to the other three people; he has previously served time for arson conviction in another state.
