Did sarah palin actually get breast implants or is it just a rumor?

Sarah Palin at the age of 45 takes care of her self, she looked hot wearing that black leather and stilettos. Breast implants are cosmetic surgery and are not included in any Health Care plan. Things are desperate when we have to talk about a forty five year old woman's breast size.
After reading this stuff about her boobs, Sarah Palin definitely thought how closely people watch her. Wonkette and Gawker are the first sources who started this story about previous Alaska governor. The sources have been mentioning there is a chance that she got a breast job. There are some photos of Sarah Palin which are appearing as the evidence that she has more weighty and big boobs than she had.

Maybe she got breast reduction a few years back, and then got her normal boobs put back in.
Can we get President Obama a brain implant and Hilary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi a moral character implant? ...Just kidding! LOL
