Saudi Cleric Educates Children on How to Hate Jews.
This video is devastating because the shadows of his remarks have been presented on Now Public in the commentary sections by some known and not so known contributors to this site. What is truly sad is the code-words used by some to veil the real anger they have for Jews.

This video is nothing but a modern continuation of the blood libel against Jews, the last one being the devastation of Jewry in Europe by the Nazis. Currently, it is not safe in many parts of Europe for a Jew to visit. My son who is 6' 2" traveling through Eastern Europe a few years ago was almost accosted in a Jewish part of the old city and barely escaped when 10 teenagers called out to him that they didn'tt want Jews here. He managed to slip into a restaurant before anything could happen. This was his first time ever experiencing anti-Semitism directly having grown up in the US and Israel.
Where we go from here remains to be seen. But if we continue to resist engaging forces that want to destroy the fabric of western democracy and our personal freedoms then sadly this century will see the western nations erode into a dictatorial conspiracy made up of rag tag religious fanatics and political anarchists that love to hate.
In the US the latest global economic calamity and abuse by both the banking industry and past and present governments, encouraged the free spending spree, have created an excuse for complete Presidential takeover of the economic markets and the potential for a fascist alternative to a "free-markets" economy. The call for violent action against the obvious abuse is nothing more then scapegoating used by government interests in order to gain support for centralization.
Europe too is in the midst of this serious contagion that is expected to get out of control when the G-20 meet soon in London. Every radical organization, according to press reports, mainstream and otherwise, is ready for violent confrontation that already has manifested in the ransacking of a CEO's home.
Chaos and scapegoating appears to be once again the easy way out for the unwillingness to do some serious soul-searching, personal and governmental, that would bring us into some semblance of sanity with a eyes-wide open approach to the latest difficulties and threats we face.
