Once again, this veteran journalist awoke this morning to terrifying signs that my bedroom and bathroom were invaded and vandalized as my wife and I slept -- apparently put under by another overnight multi-agency fusion center precision-targeted microwave radio frequency attack.
This was just the latest in a series of home invasions, accompanied by vandalism and malicious acts of domestic terrorism -- and for years now, the Lower Makefield Police Department, the Bucks County, PA District Attorney's office, and the Philadelphia field office of the FBI have turned a deaf ear upon my pleas for a formal investigation...
...an investigation that might reveal complicity of close-by neighbors, who, I have reason to believe, have knowingly aided and abetted persons who continue to terrorize us with impunity.
I awoke with a pounding headache, painful ear-ringing, and a drawn, haggard appearance -- all symptoms of silent electromagnetic attack from the government's cell tower- mounted microwave radio frequency directed energy system -- which I have exposed in this article:

When I went into the bathroom, I was met by the putrid, pungent stink of human body odor. It was not coming from me. The odor intensified as I approached the sink. Then I observed a cloudy streak across the mirror. I leaned in close; sure enough, the stink was emanating from this smear on the mirror -- apparently put there by an intruder, because neither the streak nor the smell were present the night before.
Posters to my blog site have referred to the placement of odor-generating substances inside the homes of "targeted individuals" with the purpose of delivering this message: "You stink."
A call to police would be met with ridicule. Indeed, the intent here is to generate terror without causing a level of property damage that would precipitate a formal call to authorities.
As I write this, I hear sounds of creaking floorboards, emanating from my attic. Is someone hiding up there? Or is the fusion center Gestapo using the high-tech capabilities of its weapons and surveillance systems to generate these sounds? It could be either, or both. The sounds are real.
The fusion center- coordinated Gestapo again has succeeded in generating terror, as they did on Saturday, Oct. 16th, when a stink bomb was set off in front of my house, just before I exited from the front door to take a walk. On that night, I noticed two silver-colored SUVs with New Jersey plates, parked in front of the house to the immediate west of my premises. I have reason to believe the drivers were visiting my neighbors just before I was attacked. I obtained some identifying information by examining the vehicles.
I later emailed the police chief of Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, with a copy sent to the Philadelphia field office of the FBI, again requesting a formal investigation. I also asked that my neighbors be questioned under oath about their possible knowledge of persons who could be responsible for serial acts of domestic terrorism directed at me, my wife and our property.
Once again, my communication elicited no response.
When I met personally with township Police Chief Ken Coluzzi on June 30, 2009 to discuss my serial persecution by neighborhood vigilantes, his response was empathetic. I left thinking that he would open an investigation. To my knowledge, no investigation was undertaken.
I plan to again try to reach the police chief. In the past, my messages have gone unreturned -- or, perhaps, my calls, or the responses, were intercepted by the fusion center Gestapo. I cannot be certain, since all of my telecommunications are subject to interception, and often, to malicious interference and censorship.
Let me repeat a statement I have made repeatedly;
THE RULE OF LAW HAS BROKEN DOWN IN BUCKS COUNTY, PA, AND IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE EXTRAJUDICIALLY, UNJUSTLY TARGETED AMERICANS ARE TWICE VICTIMIZED...
...FIRST, BY THE COMMUNITY VIGILANTES, AND THEN, BY THE POLICE WHO AID AND ABET THEM BY THEIR REFUSAL TO INVESTIGATE CITIZEN COMPLAINTS.
For the uninitiated: it is my belief that my years as a mainstream media journalist, and/or my ethnicity, led to an officially-sanctioned campaign of extra-legal character assassination, slander, financial sabotage and physical and psychological persecution.
It appears that hundreds of thousands of American citizens have been similarly targeted for such persecution -- and that thousands of complaints to local, state and federal authorities are ignored by security and law enforcement agencies at all levels. Mind control and electronic attack technology has been around since at least the early 1960s, and partly sprung from radionics research. Even today, some radionics devices can be used for mind control and electronic attack modes, especially if designed with versatile tuning. We do not have a monopoly on knowing how to design mind control and electronic attack devices - these technologies have been generally known since the 1960s and widespread since the 1990s. Clearly, computers and artificial intelligence are widely used to search for and alert to certain words, phrases and activities of interest, cellphones, RFID, brainwave signatures and satellites (GPS and non-GPS) are widely used to automatically track, target, monitor and control people and their activities (other techniques are also used, but cellphones, RFID, GPS and brainwaves signatures are most common). Tracking, targeting, monitoring and controlling one targeted victim usually takes a few minutes every day on average. Today, one perpetrator can simultaneously track, monitor, control, program and/or torment upto several hundred targeted victims per day. And since the1990s, the cost of implementing these systems have drastically dropped along with electronics in general to within the range of average people. Unless you are a very important person to the perpetrator, we doubt if he/she spends more than a couple of minutes on you every day but in that brief time, using computers and artificial intelligence, automatically harvests much data from you and about you, does a wide range of control functions and programming on you, and/or torments you with all of the pain, suffering and electronic harassment he/she wants to. However, if you are of special interest to the perpetrator or his/her team, he/she can perform extensive mind control and electronic attacks on you using several modalities all at once, often referred to as gang stalking, all of which can make your life absolutely miserable.
We often get emails from victims of mind control and electronic attacks with long lists documenting every KNOWN type of mind control and electronic attack program (we know of many other undocumented programs), pleading with us to alert powerful national and international authorities to investigate and stop mind control and electronic attacks. The probability that they will ever officially acknowledge that mind control and electronic attack technologies are being used against any targeted individual or targeted group is nil - much less do anything to stop it. Frankly, those who still believe that national and international authorities are your solutions to mind control and electronic attacks are clearly naive. You have a better chance of the Tooth Fairy removing your electronic implants than the Government! Almost certainly no one in any position of national or international power will ever take any meaningful actions to stop electronic attacks and electronic mind control! Unfortunately, because they won't act to protect YOU from being victimized by mind control and electronic attack perpetrators, each victim must deal with this on his/her own. WHAT HAPPENED THE NIGHT BEFORE THE EVENTS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE:
Tues., Oct. 26, @7:15 p.m. -- The multi-agency fusion center war criminals just can't stop torturing; being hit with constant stream of radio frequency, causing severe ear-ringing, headache, overwhelming fatigue. This, after the police-protected GPS enabled vehicle stalkers followed me into a Trenton store. One of them baited me as he entered.
And when I tried to research his apparent place of employment, as discerned from later observation of his vehicle and by statements he made to me after he initiated a conversation with me, the browser went into a long stall and it took several minutes before the web site came up. I take this as evidence that the MAGLOCLEN-RISSNET fusion center operatives are totally complicit in the community stalking and are trying to protect the ID of their stalker thug squad.
Does the fusion center apparatus even have a handle on these stalkers? Judging from the behavior of this guy, who acted like a street punk, I don't think they do. How soon before the goon squad victimizes a friend or relative of the fusion center officials and their war criminal defense contractor? They've literally got gangsters out there stalking people, and gangsters do nasty things to people who cross their path.

"Mind control?" Don't you mean "mind impairment?" "Mind destruction?" It's like calling electromagnetic torture "electronic harassment." Clean up the linguistics and it's okay?
Take a little bit of truth, inject lots of disinformation, and set up the target for more exploitation and misery. No thanks, no interest in living inside a copper-clad cocoon or seeing victims fork over money to "shielding consultants."
Real readers here long ago figured out that only "program-approved" comments seem to get posted... at least over my hacked, surveilled and maliciously edited, intercepted and re-directed internet connection.

Scrivener don't be so paranoid. I know John J. Williams personally. He is for real. He can help you and other TI's if you want. This isn't a joke. He knows this stuff inside out. Been involved with these specific technologies in there development and engineering for over thirty years. He is an expert in these modern electronic torture technologies and other related and specific technologies. He could tell you if what you believe is correct. My articles are read worldwide. I should have dozens of new comments each day. Words are my business, and I know when I'm reading something written by a legitimate victim of government-enabled persecution, or a lame psy ops operative with a community college degree.
I know you guys need to fulfill your quota, so perhaps I should just ignore you. But in the off chance that some naive victim is reading this, I offer a reality check.

Scrivener if you think I'm a perpetrator or some psy-ops you got a screw loose. Maybe you ought to verify your electronic weapons assertions with an expert and tell me then what you know. I tried directing you and anyothers to a solution that may help. You can write what you want, but until you reach an audience who really understand what your trying to convey, it won't help. You need to get your facts right. You know little about electronic weapons technologies and there specific effects. John Williams is an professional expert. Stop posting dribble about others being psy-ops or perps. It doesn't give you any credibity. You can't even get your facts right about what is happening to you or why. Kevin, thanks for that ! I like your attitude and knowledge on this issue. Some who write on these blog sites seem content to make up technologies that don't exist, and technical terminology no engineer has ever heard of_like there in some sci-fi movie.
I wish you well with your book. What we need is political and media awareness so this issue can get pushed into mainstream public awareness. Legal implication and legislative changes to deal with it. As long as the government uses 'national security' as a reason to keep the courts from taking legal action, or any human rights groups from getting specific materials released on it's details and existence. I won't happen anytime soon.
