Reports are coming out of a shooting at a high school in Athens, Greece. First accounts say that a 19 year old shot a fellow student inside the OAED technical school in centre of the capital this morning then ran off, shooting two super market employees who tried to stop him while he was making his way down Petrou Ralli street. Finally, according to police reports the 19 year old shot himself after hiding in a park in the area.

Greek internet news service, in.gr reported that two pistols, knife and a note had been found nearby the perpetrator saying that he had been systematically bullied by other students at the school

The first victim is being treated for gun shot wounds to the chest whilst the other two victims were hit in the leg. The shooter later died in  hospital from self - inflicted head wounds.

Although there has been a spate of school shootings across Europe recently this is the first time Greece has witnessed such an incident.
