An Explosion at Scully Welding Supply in Collingdale Pennsylvania Has Injured Three People
The three injured have been transported to the hospital with burns, but any further information about their condition was not immediately available.
MSNBC reports that an area about a quarter-mile large around the welding plant has been evacuated at this time for safety reasons.
It is not known what caused the explosion.
Neighbors reported hearing a series of explosions that rattled houses and sent debris flying. Firefighters were still pumping water onto the fire two hours after the first explosion.
One firefighter has been treated for 'heat-related' issues.
