Seal Beach, California: 6 Dead in PCH Shooting
Six people have been killed, and three more injured, in a shooting at a Seal Beach, California hair salon.
The shooter has been taking into custody; he is described as a heavyset, bearded man. No name has been released. The hair salon where the Seal Beach shooting took place was on the block of the Pacific Coast Highway. More details will be added as they emerge.
