October 17, 2009 was the last time Morgan was seen. How many girls have to go missing? How come they just disappear with no trace? These question we ask and the family ask. Where do our missing children go?

Police continue to search for a Virginia Tech student who was last seen a week ago outside a Metallica concert in Charlottesville.

Morgan Dana Harrington, 20, of Roanoke County, Va., was spotted Oct. 17 near the John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, where Metallica held a concert that night.

Harrington was wearing a black T-shirt with "Pantera" across the front in tan letters, a black mini skirt, black tights and black knee-high boots.

She has long blonde hair, blue eyes, is 5-foot-6 and weighs about 120 pounds.

According to the Web site www.findmorgan.com, a $100,000 reward has been posted by her family for information leading to her safe return.

Anyone with information is asked to call 434-352-3467 or to e-mail the Virginia State Police at bci-appomattox@vsp.virginia.gov.

Thanks for posting,  but it is upsetting to think she probably met with foul play.  A pretty girl like that may have been fooled into going off with a stranger,  who turned out to be a criminal.  While I pray for her safe return,  the fact that she is unable to contact any of her family or friends does not bode well. Keep us posted.
