Seattle Coffee House Kapow! Closing

After 11 years at the same Cascade Neighborhood location Kapow, home of the notorious SLUT t-shirts, was informed this week that they were losing there lease and will be homeless after November 1st.

As the oldest cafe in Seattle's Cascade Neighborhood, the loss of Kapow is a shock to the areas independent small business spirt.

The Munro Family trust, who owns the small garage in which Kapow operates, intends to turn the space next to Kapow into a coffee house, and needs the space for seating.
