Over the past five years an increase in the amount of fighting and bombings have plagued Iraq during elections, and for unrelated causes. The
sectarian violence is overwhelming the lives of the shop owners and families that are trying very hard to regain control of their community in order to take advantage of the future opportunities that citizens of Iraq will have while they rebuild their cities and streets. Every effort has been made by allied countries to foster the growth and betterment of the people of Iraq. Unfortunately, the uneducated, isolated terrorist regime is continuing to exploit opportunity and stop peace in Iraq.
Tuesday apartments and neighborhood markets were blown to shreds by bombs placed strategically in Baghdad apartments and city markets to send a message.
119 people have already been confirmed dead. The destructive aftermath comes just 24-hours after a conference in the city where
Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki urged the world and regional powers to do everything they could to help contain the violence which threatens to plunge Iraq into an all-out civil war. It is very clear that the sectarian violence stems from the miscommunication of the young men who are so mentally ill that they cannot function. The testosterone levels in countries where sand and heat control the people's lives seem to be functioning at a level of panic for the sectarian terrorists. These men are gun-ho to win a war against themselves but, they do not understand that they are fighting only themselves. It is such a sad situation and when you step back and realize that the stability of these youths aged 16-28 are affected detrimentally because they are lacking the proper parental guidance that they need and the only constant in their life is the religion they practice which has taught them to destroy one another. They almost always stop what they are doing to get on their knees and bow and hum and shake their minds at least five times in a prayer ritual but yet, dash off to complete a bombing. Perhaps, President Nouri Al-Maliki should attempt to place all male residents of Baghdad on anti-pyschotic medication in order to control his people.
At least seven bombs ripped through apartment buildings across Baghdad Tuesday and another struck a market, killing 49 people and wounding more than 160, authorities said. The explosions were the latest in a five-day spree of attacks in and around the capital that have killed at least 119 people. The violence, which has largely targeted families and homes, is reminiscent of the sectarian bloodshed that tore Iraq apart from 2005 to 2007 and prompted the United States to send tens of thousands more troops to the front lines. But even since that time, sectarian violence and attacks on civilians have flared in cycles, especially surrounding important events such as the election.
A suicide car bomber blew up a truck carrying Shi’ite pilgrims killing 19 and wounding 25 in the central Karrada district. The pilgrims had been returning from the holy city of Kerbala, south of Baghdad, where millions gathered over the weekend for a major Shi’ite religious ritual despite attacks by Sunni insurgents that claimed many victims. In another deadly strike a suicide bomber blew himself up on a minibus leaving ten dead and eight wounded in the northeast of the capital. The carnage comes just 24-hours after a conference in the city where Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki urged the world and regional powers to do all they could to help contain the violence which threatens to plunge Iraq into all-out civil war.
