With the media every day bombarding the airwaves, as if trying to brain wash the people who will listen to them, that anyone who has a grudge against the U.S. Government or who simply wants the U.S. Constitution upheld as being called terrorist; I have to simply point out there has been NO legal definition of what a "terrorist" is. How convenient. With there being no legal definition of what a terrorist is, the government can and has called anyone it perceives as a terrorist, a terrorist, which can have grave consequences as I will point out.

The other day, while sipping on my white chocolate mocha I was reading the New York Times and came upon a little story about Senator Lindsey Graham proposing a deal with the white House on how the Government deals with "terrorist." Not a bad thing to want to lock up some person wanting to hurt, or worse, kill Americans; right? However what sounds good in the political arena, usually leaves out the most important points which when added to the story, quickly shows the cracks and deceptions.

What Graham and Rahm Emanuel have been talking about over the past few months are issues like not reading or "delaying" the reading of Miranda Rights and detaining "terrorism suspects" without trial. Now I know what your thinking; why am I worried about people like Al-queda and their rights? I'm not, let me remind you that in the recent past the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) have called Americans being pro-2nd amendment, pro-10th amendment or simply having a pro-life stance an "extremist" from which Hillary Clinton linked extremist to terrorist by calling the Taliban extremist officially opening the door to anyone being called by the Government an extremist being actually labeled a terrorist. Not too forget the DHS continuance of stripping Americans 4th amendment right by patting down law abiding Americans as if they are criminals with no search warrant or any probable cause.

If left unchecked, which it is not, as the ACLU has made known it will not, these types of tyrannical measures by the Government to label Americans who dissents against it as terrorist, to be held indefinitely without charge and to be sent to a military court instead of civilian court of law is nothing short of living in Nazi Germany with the same grave consequences it held.
