In the UK under
section 76, of the Counter Terrorism Act, eliciting, publishing or communicating information on members of the armed forces, intelligence services and police officers which is "likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism" will be an offence carrying a maximum jail term of 10 years
I am a photographer.
Oh dear,
this is what
I do.
No not the terrorism,
the explosive bit.
Just some gentle shooting.
I'm a Moses man,
with added Tom Paine.
Killing is wrong, even without a god.
The taking of pictures,
of policemen,
generally,
'cos I think they are
pretty,
and
soldiers because they are brave.
I know their names
I know where they live
Don't torture me hard
it's on my street.
In my lane.
10 years
is a pretty price to pay
for my art
with a freedom taken away
It is an easy amendment
for a judge to make
I suggest '
knowingly offered to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism'
I'm happy for THAT to be a crime
