Setup for a Stolen Election? AP Poll "Tightens" Race to a Point
AP didn't mark their report "Opinion", but I'm not stooping to their level. Analysis by Michael Collins of the binomalous and inexplicable results of the latest AP poll; AP claims the bogus Joe the non-Plumber plant swayed voters after the debate, but polling after the last debate showed that most thought Obama had won, including more undecided voters. Plus, Obama has been packing stadiums in record numbers and McCain has much smaller crowds. Not to mention the fact that the economy, stock market, jobs and 401K's keep sinking even further down the toilet.
The Associated press came out with a remarkable poll Thursday. It claimed that the presidential race had tightened from the consistent leads Obama has shown over the past weeks to become one of those "too close to call" national elections. Their poll, conducted by German polling firm GfK, showed 44% for Obama and 43% for McCain.
How could this be? In the Real Clear Politics average of major national polls, Oct 24, Obama's average lead is 7.5%. The four national polls conducted on the same days as the AP poll show an average 9.2% Obama lead. The polls after the AP "tightening" effort shows an 8.7% Obama lead. Clearly the AP-GfK poll is an exception or outlier, as those are called.
Yet the AP presents this as news, not opinion.
What is AP Up To?

wow Rev, I actually agree with you on that one. The media is always either bought or told what to do by the powers that be, aka Illuminati

Polls don't matter. The biased media doesn't matter either. Let the people vote. Yes, I believe this will be a close election.

44 + 43 leaves quite a gap. Maybe the missing 13 will vote for Perot.

thanks for the goodstuffs, everyone- Fairbanks, Rene and everyone; after the excuses the pundits were coming up with for NH (Hillary's croc tears swayed that many women to pick her for prez?), i'm not surprised at the excuses they come up with now.
