ONE POLICE PLAZA- AN OFF duty police officer was arrested on the Throggs Neck Bridge for driving while intoxicated. 

John Baboolal, 41 was arrested driving south on the bridge by TBTA peace officers at 1:05 a.m., Saturday.

Baboolal, has been a cop for 18 years.
