ONE POLICE PLAZA- HE TOOK IT AND RAN WITH IT but now cops are looking for him.

At 3 p.m. last Thursday police say a Black teenage male snatched a cell phone from a 35 year old Asian woman at the 4th Ave and 9th Street train station on the F and G line.

The suspect is described as between 16-20 years old and was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and a gray fitted cap.
