People of Burma had suffered enough since the military government came to power. More than half the decade that Burmese people struggling for freedom. In 1988 ,Current military Junta gunned down the innocent 3000 peaceful demonstrators.Until now they are still locking down all the people who are peacefully asking them for democracy and human rights. In 2008 May,cyclone nargis struck Burma ,which killed thousands of people in Burma. 2.5 millions of people became homeless and still the destructions was unrepairable. Amidst the echoes of thousands of lives were destroyed ,the burmese military Junta prioritise the referendum and forced the people to vote for it.

They had threatened the public to vote for them and if the public didn't vote, they threatened them that consequences will be severe. Tears and bloods of Burmese people are stained on the hands of the military government.

In 1990, people had voted for the National league for Democracy party which was led by Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.Daw Aung San Suu Kyi 's party won the landslide victory and the junta refused to recognized it.

Now again the military regime is trying to legitimized their rule in 2010 Elections. They had drafted the constitution which will make sure they will be in control to deceived the eyes of the international community saying that they are making the progress for the democracy for Burma. They have power, guns in their hands and on the other hand innocent people who simply want their freedom. Which side are you going to stand?  The option is yours.

I feel it would be better if this was linked to an item or series of items in the news, it's difficult, despite knowing some of the story to make a comment on something based on an opinion or personal view.
