Shareef Allman: Gang Stalking Victim?

     Yesterday, Shareef Allman, a 15-year employee of a limestone quarry, shot 3 co-workers dead and injured 7. What is unusual about this story, in part, is that outside his job as  a miner, Allman was a published author, host of a local public television station, and anti-gang activist. His South Bay T.V. show Reel to Reel hosted his interviews with the likes of Rev. Jessee Jackson and Damon Wayans.

     His story takes a peculiar turn in Cupertino, California. In March of 2000, Allman along with other minority activists, protested police profiling at a San Jose Town Hall meeting. At that meeting, Allman complained to the San Jose Mercury News that he was harassed by police in the parking lot of Cupertino's De Anza College. He was questioned and accused of being a drug dealer because he was wearing a lot of jewelry and a sweat shirt.      Cupertino police may have jumped to conclusions. After all, the affluent part of Silicon Valley has a 0.2% black population (1 in 500 residents). Dealing with a small number of upper middle class, white-collar black residents, Cupertino police probably profiled Allman as a drug dealer based on their experience watching black drug dealers portrayed on T.V. shows and movies in other jurisdictions such as Compton, Los Angeles. Unfortunately for Allman, California police are sometimes prone to violence and vendettas. The local police gang stalking of Stockton City Manager Bob Deis and his family over a police contract is a prime example.

     Allman making his claims of harassment and racial profiling against local police in Cupertino probably resulted in full blown gang stalking against him. This would translate into being put on a list for community mobbing, as well as workplace mobbing, designed to mentally break or suicide him. The gang stalking process is carried out as a Law Enforcement COINTELPRO with much of the actual harassment outsourced to criminal subagents in the vast Snitch system of protected criminals. Employers, neighbors and "community groups" are coopted into gang stalking through bribery, extortion or trickery. It is a harsh system of population control similar to Stasi, KGB, Red Guard, Nazi, SAVAK and numerous other "Death Squad lite" Third World Dictatorship systems.

      So the question is, is there something more to this story? Keep in mind that many black community leaders in San Jose and its surroundings, Allman's family, neighbors, and even co-workers spoke highly of him as a good person, helpful to his community.

     Allman's motive may well go beyond losing employment in a bad economy. His personal narrative seems to be that of a creative, resourceful, and resilient personality type. Why did he tell a co-worker, Mike Ambrosio, a co-worker who is also Union Representative, that the Company and some co-workers were "out to get him"? Why did Allman refuse to take a group photo at work several weeks earlier, stating that his co-workers were "back stabbers"? See Link:

     Community activist and Allman's friend, Walter Wilson, stated to the L.A. Times that Allman expressed sentiments of being a target for the twenty-five years they knew each other:

"He talked about his job in the past, on several occasions, that people were trying to do things to undermine him," said Wilson, who met Allman nearly a quarter-century ago. "He did feel that there were some people there who were doing systemic discriminatory practices." See Link:

Could Allman have been a Generational Victim?

     There is a nationwide pandemic related to gang stalking and related workplace violence. While this issue remains closeted due to Law Enforcement's MSM blackout, the risks to targeted individuals as well as to society can not be properly addressed. It is clear that the Gang Stalking Program is being kept quiet by fiat, in part, because of embarassment and potential civil and criminal liability on the part of active Law Enforcement. Given the almost unbridled power of Law Enforcement to silence the media with "ongoing investigation" and other pretexts, this grave danger to the public health and safety, may remain in the dark. To keep a lid on this toxic government Program, it will predictably take the lives of other innocents, and, according to at least one concerned friend of Allmans, Allman's life too.
