Sheriff Arpaio’s Detectives Concentrate Investigation on Hawaii

As Sheriff Joe fields attempts by Attorney General Eric Holder to stifle his investigation, lead investigator, Mike Zullo pushes further all the way to the home ground of the Hawaii officials.

In an undying effort to succeed in getting to the bottom of the Obama eligibility question, the cold case posse is now scouring Hawaii state records for clues in determining if the Obama long form birth certificate really exists.

When Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced that his detectives would go all the way to Hawaii to pursue the case, the Arizona state government found itself flooded with emails by concerned citizens who wanted answers. The question of whether or not Obama would even appear on the state ballot for the 2012 election campaign was now in doubt, and rightfully so. This as Eric Holder’s DOJ proposed the appointment of a federal inspector who would basically strip Sheriff Arpaio of his authority in determining if immigration enforcement would be appropriate. Sheriff Joe defied the US Attorney General’s office and negotiations between the two broke down.

Arizona citizens who supported Governor Jan Brewer’s SB 1070 bill to enforce federal immigration law through state efforts were also seeking disqualification of President Obama from the Arizona state ballot. They looked to the evidence produced by Arpaio’s cold case posse to validate their argument. Mike Zullo feels that the state of Hawaii has changed their position on allowing court appointed officers into their archive vaults to view an originally issued long form birth certificate, but are his impressions substantiated?

Meanwhile Secretary of State for Arizona, Ken Bennett has not allowed either the citizens of Arizona or the weight of evidence being produced by Arpaio’s cold case posse to affect his decision to accept President Obama on the state’s ballot for the 2012 election. It seems that cowardice has allowed a Republican secretary of state to ignore the evidence. Bennett after talking to Hawaiian officials has decided to accept their verbal assurances over Sheriff Joe’s hard fought evidence that has been drawn from more than a 9 month investigation.

Lead investigator, Mike Zullo, has vowed that regardless of how Secretary of State, Ken Bennett, betrayed the trust of Arizona citizens, the cold case posse will soldier on. The Maricopa County Sheriff has vowed to finish his query above and beyond political pressure and will not cease the investigation prematurely. Regardless of going to court against Eric Holder’s DOJ, Sheriff Joe will continue what he believes is right and in the realm of his duty on behalf of his constituents.

It is already likely that the Sheriff’s determination of fraud over Obama’s birth certificate and draft card will be upheld thus putting the sheriff’s office in direct opposition to the state government since Bennett has gone back on his word. The Secretary of State had promised in weeks prior that he would remove the President from the state ballot if the evidence proved compelling. Ken Bennett had even admitted to being miffed at the delay in response to his request for evidence of the existence of Obama’s birth certificate. Then came the back stabbing reversal of a promise made to the citizens of Arizona. In view of the widespread corruption now prevalent in the American government? Could we ever have expected one political leader to actually come forth and stand behind his word? Obviously not.

It will be interesting to see if Mike Zullo and the cold case posse are able to produce any interesting findings or if Hawaiian state officials decide to finally comply with requests for the evidence. This could finally resolve the question of Obama’s true place of birth, or merely prolong the frustrating journey into the further corruption of the American political machine.

In American experience ethnic and religious conflict have plainly been a major focus for militant and suspicious minds of this sort, but class conflicts also can mobilize such energies. Perhaps the central situation conducive to the diffusion of the paranoid tendency is a confrontation of opposed interests which are (or are felt to be) totally irreconcilable, and thus by nature not susceptible to the normal political processes of bargain and compromise.

The situation becomes worse when the representatives of a particular social interest—perhaps because of the very unrealistic and unrealizable nature of its demands—are shut out of the political process. Having no access to political bargaining or the making of decisions, they find their original conception that the world of power is sinister and malicious fully confirmed. They see only the consequences of power—and this through distorting lenses—and have no chance to observe its actual machinery.

A distinguished historian has said that one of the most valuable things about history is that it teaches us how things do not happen. It is precisely this kind of awareness that the paranoid fails to develop. He has a special resistance of his own, of course, to developing such awareness, but circumstances often deprive him of exposure to events that might enlighten him—and in any case he resists enlightenment.

Hey Karen ! Long time since we talked. Glad to find you here ! These articles about this iron fisted Sheriff Joe basically sounding like a one man legal system_as some judge, jury, and prosecutor_isn't exactly my idea of someone representing the quintessential law enforcement officer regardless of what his self righteous proclaimed intentions might be.

I will say this though, I read this recent article ( link below ) and would love to hear your thoughts on the issues it raises. If you would, please take time and look the article over and comment about it. It could be considered related somewhat specific to this articles subject matter by Doc Vega.

It's becomes somewhat uncomfortable for me reading these types of articles about President Obama when I never doubted what he said. Yet this article and many others like it, present questions I believe everyone should be allowed to ask and have answered about the person who is President. Whether you or I believed Barack Obama was born in America really wouldn't be the initial question now as much as why aren't these specific questions being answered with clarity and verified open and accurate complete documentation? This is what is troubling about this ongoing debate. Why hasn't Barack just allowed these issues specific clarity and transparency to be answered completely? Is this latest social security issue now just another layer extending this debate by the far right_or are these really legitimate issues and questions still being raised? Love to hear your take on this articles numerous alleged discrepancies to Baracks background record and why they still remain a question really?

This is the typical rationale of pundits who have sold their soul to big government for the advantage of political correctness. Governments including the USA have a distinct habit of utilizing mass control over the populace in order to achieve their ultimate design of social engineering. You mean nothing to the government aside from tax revenue, and if you think you do, your are self deluded. Just take a look at history and the degeneration of the United States in recent history to an unofficial police state. That may work for you but it damn sure doesn't work for me, and anyone else who holds the government to their original Constitutional mandate.Please seek enlightenment this is getting tiresome.

It really does not matter whether you particularly like Sheriff Joe Arpaio or not, but one thing is for sure, behind that gruff exterior is a man who has served his country in many capacities for 5 decades and has been attacked for predominantly political reasons. Give the man his due, will you? He's 79 years old when most people would be retired, and he is still serving the people under the most dangerous and stressful of circumstances. Self promotion? What self promotion, this guy's done it all and he's too old for the limelight he simply is doing what he thinks is right. And you know what, I wish more of the cowardly justices in the Supreme Court, Secretaries of State, and law enforcement personnel had done their duty concerning the lying agenda of Barack Hussein Obama, who must be exposed as well as all behind him who have perpetrated this deception!

I live in Arizona and I can tell you that Sheriff Joe is not the most likable person. However" he is one of the few law enforcement officials who has been truthful about the Illegal immigrant problem.Here is the truth IMO: At food distribution places such as community food banks and churches" Illegal Immigrants line up by the dozens, and by the way they are sometimes trucked in. They overwhelm these places and get aggressive and even spout negatives in Spanish. Thinking that us stupid gringo's " Their words" cant understand Spanish.They are given federal help for cash assistance, food stamps, scholarships and more. Arizona has a secret budget of over 100 million dollars for educational and medical care for the Illegals. All the while" the U.S. citizens are being taxed more and more.We have drug dealers that are now taking over most of Pinal and Pima county and use sophisticated methods for electronic surveillance of Law enforcement and Border Patrol.Killings are now commonplace here in AZ, and there seems to be no end in sight, and to make matters worse" there appears to be a cadre of officers that have sold out to these Cartels, so much so" that we now have a growing prison population of Officers who have to be kept in a special Jail Outside of Sierra Vista.Fast and Furious didn't help, and most of us in AZ see the Obama Admin" as treasonous and aiding and abed-ding the enemy, and also trying to cause a collapse of Mexico, and their efforts to stop Arpaio will ultimately fail. The reason is that we view the Federal Government as a Fascist regime that has overstepped their authority, and are now acting against the constitution.Governor Brewer is an Idiot, John McCain has become a "Corporate Military Industrial Complex Slut" Who has enjoyed the Bonanza of Arms sales so much that he has lost sight of the people he is supposed to represent. He has so many homes that he cant remember all of them.Whether or not Obama has the legitimate right to be President is irrelevant, because he has shown that he is simply another front man for the Zionist Corporate Military Regime.If there is a revolution" it will probably start here in Arizona. BTW " USAF has maintained a 24 hour presence over our sky now for well over a year. Warplanes and Electronic Warfare planes and drones are now part of our lives" everyday and night. It feels ominous.
