Sherry Johnston, Levi Johnston's Mom Sentenced to 3 Years in Jail

Sherry Johnston, Levi Johnston's mom, has been sentenced to three years in jail due to one count of possession with intent to deliver OxyContin. She pleaded guilty to the charge back in August, and five other charges against her were dropped. If the other charges would have been laid, it would have meant a five-year prison sentence at least.
Levi Johnston has not released a statement on the matter, but he has been very vocal about his new Playgirl spread.
The Anchorage Daily News reports that Sherry Johnston will serve her sentence at Alaska's only female prison.

She could have given the pain reliever to her son. He needed it after enduring his ex-mother-in-law.
Do you suppose that Sherry had the drug as a left-over to colo-rectal surgery or something? Then, she just wanted to get rid of it, and learned the street value from a neighbor who said "You can sell that stuff. Don't throw it away?"
