Finaly the head has rolled after the Mubai attack fiasco.Shivraj Patil the home minister in the congress led central government has resigned.He was considered as the most incumbent Home minister of the country.P.Chidambram the present finance minister likely to be next Home Minister.This was decided after the cabinet meeting held in Delhi.

New Delhi: Home Minister Shivraj Patil, facing widespread criticism for the terror attacks in Mumbai, Sunday took "moral responsibility" and submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress spokesperson Jayanti Natarajan said. Finance Minister P Chidambaram or Technology Minister Kapil Sibal are the likely successors.
