Dear Senthil
The whole point is that, these displaced persons can be sent home, or be un-displaced once the whole of the Tamil diaspora living in the West, send monies so that their kith and kin who will be then be well looked after, without the necessity of being in govt sponsored camps! They should invest their time and money sending money and goods to the IDPs without wasting both by waving flags about and breaking into Embassies!
