So, should the Palestinians accept a Jewish State?

Israel exists and cannot

be defeated by Palestinians

within the next one hundred

years.

It is dumb for Palestinians

to refuse to recognize Israel.

It also reinforces the view of

many that they want to destroy

all Jews.

The Palestinians reject Netanyahu's position. Their claim rests on three assertions: It is not the business of Palestinians to recognize the Jewish nature of Israel. Such recognition would endanger the rights of Palestinian citizens of Israel. Acknowledging the Jewish state would negate the Palestinian right of return.

What Palestinians are doing

now endangers their own people.

If they had recognized Israel

60 years ago they would have

a free modern prosperous nation.

It seems certain that if Palestine expects Israel to give land to them the least they must do is accept the right of Israel to exist.

There are a number of Arab countries in the area, with room to spare, that have failed to offer a place for the Palestinians. Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Syria come to mind.

One must question why that is. Perhaps they aren't as cuddly as the world press would make them appear.

I agree. Also few of the "refugees" were actually born in what is now Israel.

They are much like descendants of Cuban refugees in the US.

This is the tragedy that is going on here. More time is spent trying to be the victim then solving the problem. As long as money is thrown at them by the EU and others it is a good business playing the victim.
