Should the World Believe Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad?
He openly admits hatred towards Israel and the U.S. yet he does not plan to attack. President Obama assures Israel that Iran cannot attack anyone because Iran is not capable of using a ballastic missile with the nuclear capacity to reach Israel or the U.S. at least for the next year.
What proof do we have that Ahmadinejad intends to use nuclear weapons against America? He has only threatened Israel up to now and he has openly bashed the U.S. but never directly threatened America as a potential target.
“We believe that atomic energy is a blessing given by God.”
In order to secure the Iranian nation's interests in nuclear field, the government has moved wisely, patiently, and based on a well-devised planning.”
“As the Imam said, Israel must be wiped off the map,”
“Iran is ready to transfer nuclear know-how to the Islamic countries due to their need.”
An organization called AIPAC stands in disagreement that Iran will not try to destroy the countries of Israel and the U.S.A.
Iranian and Russian engineers began loading fuel Saturday into Iran's first nuclear power plant, which Moscow has promised to safeguard to prevent material at the site from being used in any potential weapons production. After years of delays, the fueling of the Bushehr plant in southern Iran marks the startup of a facility for energy production that the U.S. once hoped to block as a way to pressure the country to stop separate nuclear activities of far greater concern.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is being mocked in the run-up to this week's Iranian presidential elections for a videoclip in which he boasts of how world leaders watched him for almost half an hour without blinking as he spoke in a halo of light to the United Nations. The speech in question was in September 2005 when the Iranian President used his first address to the UN General Assembly in New York to indulge in a bit of his favourite sport, bashing America.
