A young Lepcha girl swings on underneath the goat pen outside her family's home in the hills of West Sikkim, India. As tourists continue to flock to Sikkim rather than face Maoist threats in Nepal, the Sikkimese way of life and envorinment are faced with constant change. Additionally, the native Sikkimese Lepcha people are dwindling in numbers and their traditional, animist culture is rapidly disappearing.
