Power Ranger Killer Skylar Deleon Victims' Yacht to be Sold

"Power Ranger Killer" Skylar Deleon, the former Power Rangers actor who was convicted of the murder along with two others of Thomas and Jackie Hawks on board their yacht in 2004 will see the final chapter close in the case, when the yacht will be sold by the couple's family.

Thomas and Jackie Hawkes lived on the 55-foot cabin cruiser, but they were murdered on November 15, 2004 when they were showing the yacht to be sold.

Skylar Deleon overpowered the couple with two others, then tied them to an anchor and threw them overboard. The shocking crime made headlines nationwide and former child star Skylar Deleon was quickly dubbed the "Power Ranger Killer."

Now, four years later, the Hawkes' yacht has been cleaned up and is ready to be sold. The asking price for the yacht that Skylar Deleon was willing to kill for is $229,000.

The boat also suffered damage from vandals and curious trespassers before it was placed in storage, he said.

"There were a ton of people going on it, even with police tape around it," Wakefield said. "It was a very morbid situation."

Possession of the boat went to Ryan and Matt Hawkses, the couple's sons, but they have not said why they want to sell the boat.
