Slums of the Future

I must say I am very diappointed  with your true ingnorance for the topic in which you have written and article and posted a video on my tube !! First of all Lehigh Acres IS NOT  a neighborhood  inside Fort Myers in fact it has nothing to do with Fort Myers.  Lehigh is a small town all of it's own. And 5 years back  Lehigh was a great low cost, low Crime beautiful town to raise a family or retire.  Until the over aboundance of illegal imagrants found out they could sell there craker boxes in Miami for 3 to 4 hundred thousand and re-buy a  1,700 square foot home for 2 hundred thousand. Then the exposion builders, investors and works form all over the United state came invaded or small town and built built built lot prices went up homes went up morgatge brokers giving house to drug dealers with no proof of income, shit who cares they paid cash. Ballon rates making them sound so good.  Then intrest went sky high and the family could no longer afford there home. Florida does not have the revune from large manufacturing companys or big corporate world. We are 70 % construction based. So for the OUT of Towners that came into our town and ruined it with your high price houses and your fast talking morgate brokers. This was not a slum !! It is very misfourtante. Then  people like you show up thinking you know the Town and dont know S**T . I'm glad these house are all vacant. I hope all the builders, investors and everyone else that cashed in on our now misfortune is now flat broke and buried in debit.
