This picture was taken in a small town of Alberta in March 2009. The temperature was just above freezing, the main street was crowded and a little girl who wanted only to go hunting with her father was roaming "the" street. Her diaper was heavily soiled, her hair was tangled, and her fingers were cold...and she didn't seem to mind. Neither did her parents.
