Some one put me in my place - Yep! I am an interfering nobody

Putting Jokes a side....we need reality to fix the problem Bob...that means we need to start from the beginning....once we face this and get it right....I think we will have real humor to celebrate in the world....instead of wishful laughs...

Historical books will document that America began by fighting against an unruly English Empire, and that <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />North America was a new frontier, never occupied by civilization. Indeed the USA did occupy the civilization of Native American Indian Lands. The United States in its colonial time in the early 1700’s was in cohabitation with France. France claimed they owned the majority of the mid-western part of America. It was another conquest by Napoleon Bonaparte. France took the land from Spain. France was another imperialist in taking Native American Indian Lands. In 1803 France sold this land to America. In fact France saved the Americans by supporting the extermination of Native American Indian tribes. America would not be America today without France. France has contributed to the advancement of American hypocrisy.  The land they controlled stretched from the Mississippi river to the Rocky Mountains. In 1803 America paid France 15 million dollars. This brings to mind that indeed America was purchasing stolen property. This was called the Louisiana Purchase. Americans will say they recognize the civil rights of the Native Americans today. In fact they make regular monthly payments to Tribal Nations that still live on Indian Reservations, throughout America. To suggest this is legitimate and to keep these prison lands called reservations in America; is proof that it is nothing but hypocrisy and an establishment; that reveres murder and takes over true American lives and livelihood. These areas today are charter confinement zones infected with drugs, alcoholism, prostitution, and gangs running gambling casinos. Many historians point to the conquest as a taming of the west. They being Americans themselves; use subtle nuances of describing historical events that support their position as being relevant and justified in seeking early American freedom. The early pioneers are described as explorers, or missionaries bringing the word of God to the savages of the world. They of course were teaching them from English, Spanish, and French values. In reality they only wanted to control the land for trade, and establish their own form of living standards while simultaneously killing and murdering in the process. The conquest was in search of gold and precious metals, land, forests and building the railroad. They took without thought of who was the owner. Their word of God was their belief system and operation of survival. They were pursuing religious freedom to believe as they saw fit. Many other cultures have their own value system about God, and indeed they all are different. The question is why force is used to force other cultures to believe another cultures God?  The question is why force was used to kill American Indians? Why the campaign on an ideal of developing a nation, is to take it away from another culture? If American pioneers were really legitimate they would not have invaded early America. They would have developed the value to all human life and sought out the reality to true legitimacy of a national establishment. How can a country become established legitimately by conquering other people’s homes and homeland? They can’t justify their actions. They simply say it is a free world and this is a free land so let’s take it. Indeed America is an example of imperialistic nationalism. It’s a real cancer to modern society. The establishment was and is today, nothing but gunpowder and canons. The United States is always speaking of civil rights and human dignity for people yet today in the year 2009, they support no liberty for the Native American Indians. In order to correct this injustice a New Constitution needs to be written, that includes the Native American Indians, and disenfranchised Black Americans. This constitution will dissolve the present day Reservations and efforts will be made to restore original homelands to the tribes. Efforts will also be made to compensate Americans who have been living on Native American soil because of the lie told as truth from the American government. Indeed there will be disagreement and discussions in resolving issues peacefully. But in order to make our country great we need to allow the New Constitution to come forth. We need to maintain our transportation networks, and work together on farming land rights. Indeed it should happen to make America a real and conjoined Government, instead of a conquering marauding, tuck them into their Reservation regime. Of course reestablishing agreements with payments for the rest of their lives is also a viable option.

The American flag should be changed because it only symbolizes the authority to conquer and conquest. If there was to be some sort of recognition toward putting things back closer toward real justice it would have the Native American Indian insignia transcribed onto the flag as a reminder of the truth to American heritage. This is Native American Country. A flag that does not represent the real identity of the people is not a flag of the people. Ever think if the Flag really truly represented the people, there would be no need or law to forbid it from being burned? It is inconceivable to think I can buy land in America from a seller who has no valid claim to ownership. The claim is invalid even when backed up by the United States Federal Government. The lands were all conquered and taken. Why would any person accept buying into such a conspiracy of theft in history? If you think this thought is off base try looking at it from the Mortgage Crisis that has hit the US at the end of 2007. Ever wonder what the real issues this is about? The thought if I bought it from an American Indian at least it would be authentic is essentially false. The realization of the land being controlled by present day United States Laws prevents coherent origins and roots to a continued obligation of trust and authenticity toward future generations. Americans can’t buy land from Indians because the land on the reservations; were not the original lands of the tribes chosen home. And really all land belongs to the public with property subject toward private leases.
