The South African President Jacob Zuma is expected in Tripoli shortly for talks with the Libyan leader Col. Muammar Gadhafi to try to find a diplomatic solution to the conflict in Libya. President Zuma's visit last month as part of an African Union delegation made little progress. Col. Gadhafi is under increased pressure from intensified NATO airstrikes and from Russia's decision to withdraw its support for the Libyan leader.
